had an appointment they never came or answered even the text number they never responded to I paid 78 in a uber to go there and another 70 to go back home I waited for 3 hours going back and forth in and out the stores the last hour still no show all because I was referred to them wasted my money and time, I'm on bed rest due to a stroke never again

I was happy when I left but later when I started thinking about what happened I felt taken advantage of. So, when I sat down and asked how much I would be charged I was told $200 to $250. I was then made to sign some papers that pretty much stated that no matter what if they processed my info, they would charge me $90 if I decide to cancel. We went through the whole process, and she gave me a bill of $350. But wait didn't she say $200 to $250? Well, she added an electronic filing fee and her own fee. Not even sure why I have to pay an extra fee for her. Didn't I come here for the service of liberty tax? Do I pay for the employees now? Anyway, cost was much higher than my usual tax place and the whole thing feels like added on junk fees looking back. And when I think about it even if I said no to the $350 dollars, they would insist that I agreed to pay them $90 dollars no matter what. Definitely seems like they pulled one over on me. My taxes were super straight forward with no special accommodations so this could not be where the added cost came from. Just tell me what I have to pay upfront rather than pulling a bait and switch please. I Will be more cautious in the future and always make sure I confirm a final price from everyone from now on.

Yolanda Landa at the Panorama City Branch, was absolutely awesome. She instantly recognize me as soon as I walked in the door made me feel super comfortable got me the best amount she possibly could was very professional and worked super fast.
