“I prefer shopping at Lowes but they were out of an item so I came to HD. I was left very impressed with the customer service we received from .... Might've been Trevor or tanner? I feel terrible forgetting the name now but anyways, he was passing by with inventory in a cart and asked if we needed help. We really did need help so he stopped what he was doing, looked for the item then ended up using his handy phone to look it up the specific item in store to make sure it was in stock or not. HD ended up not having that specific item but the associate was able to guide us towards an alternative! I love that customer service. We didn't know of others so it was nice that he listened to what we're looking for and gave us a recommendation. It was much appreciated so thank you!”

“1st time I've ever been in this business and boy oh boy do they ever have a full inventory of "stuff". From gloves to heat-shrink to Tee shirts to about every quality power and hand tool. A guy's dream store. I am not qualified to guess at pricing so no clue about reviewing that one. I think this is a great place to find whatever tool you need for about any job. Plus, I was asked if I needed any help...that's almost a thing of the past and now greatly appreciated”

“I bought a bundle of 50 lath stakes on Friday. I purchased about 10 bundles in the past few monthe. When I got to the middle of the bundle the stakes were cracked. There was 20 pieces of wood that i couldnt use and finish my project. So i called on Monday and was told i could swap the 20 pieces out. They weren't thrilled about it but they were going to allow it. So I take the hour drive back to Liddells to do the swap, I live in Burney. Son of a gun, I get home and find out the guy gave me 36 inch boards instead of the 48 inch boards. Every bundle I purchased there were the 48 inch. So if I want what I actually paid for, I'd have to take another trip to redding. Screw it, the gas is costing me more then the bundle. Looks like I'll have to take my business somewhere else. They are at the end of their supply and need to get rid of the crap. All has been good except for this last purchase.”

“A little pricey, as expected. Clean store, mostly friendly staff, self check out overseers can get a little aggressive/abrasive on occasion, but I think that’s also to be expected with the theft issues plaguing most businesses in the area. The reason for giving only 4/5 stars is the parking lot is fairly sketchy, especially when it’s dark. More/better lighting and maybe pitching in with the rest of the business that share the common grounds to add a security patrol would be super helpful imo.”

“We had tired of refinishing our cedar deck every 2 years or so. Decided that we wanted to replace it with composite decking. We looked at several building products stores before stopping by Weaver Lumber north of Anderson. At Weaver we met Chris Edenburn, who guided us through our decking options. When we decided on a product, Chris prepared an estimate for our consideration. We confirmed and placed the order. Within a few days, we had our delivery. We subsequently had to replace our joists that had deteriorated. Chris made sure we had excellent straight treated joist boards that were delivered the next day. We were very impressed with everyone we encountered at Weaver Lumber. Chris and his coworkers exemplify excellent customer service! We will definitely use them again. We wholeheartedly recommend Weaver Lumber for your building supply needs!”

“I need two 2x10x16 kiln dried pieces to complete a project. Meeks was the only place in which I could get them and it was a special order. Once I placed the order with the salesperson on the phone I was given a delivery day and time. That day came and went. No delivery.I called Meeks and they informed me the lumber hadn't arrived yet and delivery would be the following day. It would be wise and good customer service to inform customers that a scheduled delivery has changed so the customer doesn't waste a day waiting for a delivery.In the end I did get the lumber and the delivery guys were extremely courteous.”
