I want to leave a special review for Peggy, who works at this store. I picked up an item I’d bought at another store and realised there were several in the set missing. I called Peggy and she was SO apologetic and assured me she would make it right. And didn’t she?! She managed to hunt down and locate the missing pieces and then mailed them to me! She was super apologetic and responsive and overall a joy to work with. Thank you Peggy!

It's by far the worst customer service experience with any company, ever! I ordered a king bed and a queen bed in July 2023. As of today, I still only have a king bed frame without slats - my mattress sitting on temporary frames I ordered from Amazon. The first three scheduled delivery were cancelled the day before the confirmed schedule via a text, no explanation. William Sonoma claims it will only delivery when everything is ready for the entire order. However, the next three showed up with random piece of my order, one with only the king bed frame, no queen bed; one with only the queen bed, no king bed. I called customer service many times, I filed a complaint on the customer service portal of the company website. The only response i ever got was when I posted on William Sonoma's instagram and someone PM me "please send your order number and someone will contact you." No one! I have talked to 7-8 customer service representatives. Each one had different information about what happened to my order and said whatever I was told by the previous representative was wrong. After I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, Lisa Hoops assured me that she would be personally monitoring my order and giving me updates. But Ms Hoops has since being MIA, not responding to my emails or phone calls. After the last attempted delivery on January 6 of another incomplete order, a customer service agent filed an official claim for me and assured me that someone will contact me within 24 hours. It's been two weeks - no contact and no reply to my inquiry! It's unbelievable the level of lack of services and lack of responsibility since July 2023! It's the worst company among many I have made purchases. I will continue to post this everywhere until someone from William Sonoma, the parent company of Rejuvenation addresses my order properly with any company, ever! Do not bring your children here. I have bought a lot of products here over the years. But tonight I came in and my young son picked up a $1.25 wooden spoon and the saleswoman with dark hair asked us to leave. She said he was getting the spoon dirty. I told her that I think people wash utensils they buy before using them and she said "We don't know that." The spoon wasn't in his mouth, just holding it. She then gave me parenting advice. I brought him there to see all the different types of cooking tools and spark his interest. We probably would have bought some initial rubber spatulas and things for him. Poor judgment on her part. Doesn't she know that if you're nice to someone's kids, they're likely to spend more money on your store? Am off to Sur La Table at Town and Country Shopping Center in Palo Alto, here's the address if you also want to shop where your kids are welcome: 855 El Camino Real, Palo Alto.

Would have given a 0 star. Non-stick pan has several wears after 2-week use. We made sure to follow manual and not to scratch the coating. Wanted to return and replace but got rejected by the rude staff. The reason was funny: "You heat it too hot and you should not wash with dishwasher". COME ON. It is a pan not a decoration. Dishwashing is on the manual.Avoid this store. Go buy online.

My introduction to Williams-Sonoma at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto was when I ordered an item for a friend's bridal shower months ago. Despite calling ahead a couple of hours in advance and specifically requesting that the item be gift-wrapped and ready for pick-up at noon, I was disappointed with the service I received; I had to scramble to pick up the item in time before the event, and I'd called ahead to confirm it would be ready and wrapped before noon. However, when I arrived at the store at 12PM, the item was not wrapped as the person I spoke with over the phone had assured me that it would be. She hadn't spoken with the front staff, who started getting the gift wrap ready when I arrived at the store that day. As a result I had to wait for an hour, which made me late for the bridal shower. Given the price point of the item (a $50 bucket for ice cream) and the fact that I had called ahead of time to ensure it would be gift-wrapped, I was disappointed with the lack of timely service/teamwork and communication between members of the team. Williams-Sonoma is well known for its quality kitchen and home goods, and the store at the Stanford Shopping Center (I learned while waiting that day) offers a wide range of kitchen and home appliances and condiments. They have a variety of cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, and home decor items. The store is well-stocked and has a pleasant ambiance. While I was frustrated with the service I received during my visit, I can see the appeal, and thought that a lot of the items were unique and, for clientele in the area with the money to burn, worth buying. My experience at this location was disappointing. Despite calling ahead and making a request for gift-wrapping, the item was not ready as promised, causing a delay and inconvenience. I expected better service and attention to detail, especially considering the premium prices of the items. Still, it's a good place to stop in and peruse items fitting a dream kitchen. The ice cream maker was particularly spectacular. The location of the store at the Stanford Shopping Center is convenient, as the shopping center offers ample parking and is easily accessible.

I bought it not long time ago. The whistle stopped work. I spent almost two hours talking to customer service. The warranty said:"From the date of purchase and for the life of the product, Williams-Sonoma guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. " But they just dropped out the phone and I couldn't be connected to the person with I was talking... In the store the manager refused to help me. They don't allow to put my review on their website .

This store is absolute garbage. If your getting married DO NOT DO REGISTRY WITH THIS COMPANY. It’s horrible, I have complained to employees there including the manager and they laugh an say “yeah I know”. Well they don’t tell you that up front. They have yet to give us our gift cards for returns. They make you keep track of the information an if you don’t have a paper they can’t look it up. There system is from the 90s. If feels like they are just going to keep the money at this point.

Finding this store was a challenge for us. In case you’re having difficulty finding this store, look for Tiffany on maps(located adjacent to Williams Sonoma) or See’s Candies(right in front of Williams Sonoma). It’s located in Stanford Shopping Center. The service was fast and we were able to pick up the cups that we wanted pretty quickly.

Super knowledgeable staff here willing to answer questions and get you what you need. I was approached multiple times asking if I needed help with anything, and the store had pretty good stock. Definitely one of the better WS stores in the Bay Area.

I brought an item 35 days ago for $329.00. Then it went on sale for $100.00. I went back to get an adjustment they said they don't adjust. It's not like it's over 45 days--no wonder they are going out of business. I do not recommend this store or this company --lousy customer service.
