Scheduled my dad to be picked up at a nursing facility. They show up 15 minutes late. Since we booked a round trip, my dad was supposed to be picked up at 5. Again they didn't show up until 30 minutes later having my dad waited outside in the freaking cold wind for 30 minutes. Horrible service. Don't ever use them. Who knows? They might have u wait for an hour!

This company is not reliable at all. I reserved a NEMT two weeks prior to the appointment and on the day of, they did not show up not did they call and the very important medical appointment was missed. I would not recommend them.

They are very reliable and always available even on short notice. The most friendly and professional people I have ever met! I wish I could give 6stars!
