I used to hate going to the doctor but this office has changed that. All the staff are very professional, and I had a great experience getting my blood drawn at their lab. I’m usually a difficult stick and was expecting to have the usual hard time but the tech did a great job and was done in 4 minutes, got it on the first try. Dr. Sally is extremely compassionate and helpful as well. Can’t recommend this office enough

Despite what the website suggests, the only actual care provided are annual blood labs. Any other time I've gone in, I am referred to other Dr.'s to receive care. If you have unlimited time to jump through hoops, it's a nice place to receive a blood test. Otherwise, be prepared to be brushed off to other providers.

Dr. Sally Holland is a great doctor. She is at a the Palo Alto facility. Overall the clinic is great, staff is really friendly and super helpful with zero wait time. They also offer lab work within the clinic. One Medical clinics are newly built and tastefully decorated. Plenty parking available on street.

I was on the fence about maintaining my One Medical membership when I moved to Palo Alto. I initially saw Dr. Ganga Nadella and Dr. Rekha Avirah, unfortunately it wasn't a great fit for me. My third provider was Dr. Virginia Heese (sometimes working alongside Ashley McEachern). Dr. Heese was a pleasure to work with; she listens well, was courteous, is efficient, and cares about patient health and wellbeing.

Innovated deceptive medical practices are invented here. The rich doctors here assume you're fine paying thousands of dollars for a simple office visit by recommending you diagnostic services under the guise of "it's covered!".

At first Onemedical seems like the cure-all to the modern Healthcare dilemma. However it seems they are just a flashy app, nice reception, in front of the same old messed up Healthcare system.$480 per office visit barely covered by insurance for a followup women's health checkup where the doctor seemed like she didn't have any idea of the previous appointment and recommended expensive imaging at an out of network hospital because of her incompetence. All the way thru we were constantly reassured by front desk, MDs, nurses, and imaging specialists that all our appointments were "all covered" by our insurance. They are white lies because you will still be paying $1000s of dollars!Good luck then! It'll be 100s of hours wasted on the phone with Anthem trying to get you to feel better and pay less. 100s of hours trying to get onemedical to remove scammy deceptive claims, and you'll still be left wondering if you'll get those balances taken away. To this day.

Was great in San Diego but not this office. Overcharges for simple appointments. No response to app messages. Had to ask multiple times for help with referrals and billing issues. Will be canceling.

The office was very nice and the experience was good overall, but wow, on a high deductible healthcare plan, their billing feels like robbery. I was billed $600 for a 10 min appointment that didn't even address my issue (she just referred me to a specialist).

The staff was kind, courteous and very efficient the moment I walked in the door, which I appreciate so much given the anxiety, frustration and fear many have been and are experiencing as a result of the pandemic. I arrived on time for my COVID booster today, and within 5 minutes I was called for my appointment. Total time in the clinic was roughly 40 minutes, including the wait time after my shot. Within that period, the staff took the time to connect with me, offer to knock out my flu shot at the same time, and print out my vaccination records for travel purposes. Efficient, kind, thorough and very professional-- key factors for giving this location 5 stars!

Wow. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with One Medical, in general, but also with their offices. Their process via the app and the responsiveness of the doctors and staff are top notch. I feel fortunate to be able to go to such an amazing medical group. Keep up the great work and thanks for creating a safe space for us to receive in person care??????

I've been here a ton of times for consultations ! Parking can be a tad tricky sometimes as you might not be able to find a spot right next to the clinic based on your time of arrival ! Love the fact that the staff is so friendly and everyone has taken a ton of precautions for covid over the past year ! Highly recommend

Impossible to reach or get appointments within a reasonable timeframe. If I have a fever, what's the use of seeing appointments 2 weeks out!!?! And the phone number is impossible to reach a human to talk to. Will be canceling my membership. Waste of money.

Very fast same day appts and friendly staff and the doctor is a great listener and very patient. You won’t feel like they are trying to hurry you out the door like other places. Highly recommend!
