"The Palo Alto store is the best; I always shop there. Rachel and the new store manager are awesome. It is very hard for me to choose what I want, but they are so patient with me. Besides these ladies, I love Margaret's quality of clothes. I wash my sweaters and shirts over and over, and they still look great."I have to say, both ladies are the reason I go back again and again.

I recently discovered this brand and love everything about it. Gabby, the store manager, is exceptional. She helped me find my look and fit, and continues to help me build my capsule wardrobe. The clothing is beautiful, unique, and I love the fabric and colors. So far everything has washed up nicely and held up very well. I Highly recommend stopping by and giving the brand a try.

This is a gem of location!!I bought an amazing cashmere sweater for my wife and momThey loved the quality and they loved the customer service they received at this location once they came to look for more. I would recommend friends and family to come to this location in Palo alto.

Today I wanted to purchase from Margaret O'Leary. I called several times to see if they had my size and no one answered the phone. When I arrived there was a sign on the door closed for inventory. I asked the girl there when they would open and she said tomorrow. I told her to answer the phone so that people don't waste their time driving there. She could care less!

I have bought several items from here and paid the high prize because I like the style but today I just really had it. Her items last very little, made in China with low quality most of my sweaters en up loosing their form or riped very easily like the one in the photo. Two weeks ago I bought these white pants that were over 300 dollars and I wore them once and washed them only one time and this is what happened to them. Her things use to be good quality but with years it's gone down while prizes gone up. It is not ok to charge the high prizes of high quality garment that I don't mind paying if it's going to last at least a year but her items last much less.

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service Hannah at this location of Margaret O'Leary provides. The store, the location, and the product are all amazing. However, the thing that makes Margaret O'Leary in Palo Alto really shine is how Hannah goes above and beyond for customers. I live in Phoenix, but have a daughter attending Stanford and while shopping at this location, I saw several items which upon returning home to Arizona I wished I had purchased. I waited several months and then called. Even given my delay, Hannah helped me identify the items, sent me pictures so that I could be sure the items and colors were right, located the items for me online, arranged for shipping them to me at no cost, AND promised that if I was not 100% satisfied I could return the items for a full refund. Hannah was extremely kind, very intelligent, thorough, and entirely professional throughout. How could a customer ask for more. It is management like Hannah that makes people like me return. I wish all businesses were run like this. Kudos Margaret O'Leary for knowing that it is not just exceptional product, but also exceptional service that builds clientele. Kudos and thank you to Hannah for also knowing that.

Recently visited this location for the first time and will definitely be back! Their customer service sets them apart from the rest. Emily was so helpful and friendly. Already looking forward to my next trip!

Beautiful boutique, not the decorations, but for the content. Every single piece is awesome, cozy, the fabrics are great, soft, everything is so flattering. My only but are the prices (yes, sweaters at $400 is not something I can normally afford). My friend and I told the girl at the store clearly that we just planned to browse and probably not buy anything (just to not make her waste her time trying to show us items we would not get). She was very nice and invited us to touch and try whatever we wanted...so we did until we arrived to the sales rack and...here there was my cute blue sweater waiting for me and 75% off original price. I was so happy to get one piece from this cool store. Instead of labels, they add super cute buttons. We also got complimentary Nespresso coffee which was a plus.

Just went in for the first time and fell in LOVE. The clothing is so cute and I love the versatility of the pieces. Hannah helped me out and made sure that I had a wonderful first experience. She was not only super sweet, but also helpful without being pushy, and showed me things that fit perfectly with my style! Will definitely be coming back for the cute clothes as well as the amazing customer service!

It's not so often I feel compelled to write a review for retail stores but I had the pleasure of coming into Margaret O'Leary and was automatically overwhelmed by the great customer service I received upon entering. Hannah was wonderful and super helpful, I loved her positive and fun vibes. I liked a sweater and the store did not have my size, Hannah then went the extra mile to order from a different store and even offered different alternatives. I definitely recommended everyone to come in not only for the cute clothes but for the wonderful customer service all the employees have.

What a lovely store! This is my favorite location because Hannah is incredibly helpful. Each time I come in, she remembers me and even better, knows my style and is able to offer suggestions for pieces that will work on me!
