I am actually shocked at how incompetent the staff are at this location. I've never experienced anything like this with the other locations. It's almost comedic. My aunt ordered chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for my mother; they were supposed to arrive as a valentines day gift. Apparently, the delivery driver could not find my mom's house and reported it as an "invalid address." When my mom called the store to request the re-delivery, the woman on the phone (the store manager?) Told my mother that it was "impossible" to re-deliver it because "the address does not exist, according to the driver." My mom assured the woman that, yes, the address does exist--she's lived there for over 30 years and gets amazon/other deliveries weekly. It's true that once in a while a delivery person will get confused because the home is tucked behind a woodsy area... but the address most definitely is valid and is delivered to all the time. The woman on the phone, however, argued with mom and kept insisting that "the driver said this address doesn't exist" and, therefore, "a re-delivery is impossible." The lady kept saying, "well, I'm looking at this address on Google maps, and it shows it's on the border of redwood city and emerald hills", as if that were proof it was an invalid address. Um, yeah.... there are tons of houses on the border of towns... that doesn't mean the house does not exist. She just kept arguing with my mom on the phone, rudely asserting that her home of 30 years was a figment of her imagination. LOL. Ok... at that point my mom gave up trying to reason with the woman. So my mom asked her for a refund if it was not possible to get it re-delivered. The woman on the phone said it could not be refunded/be exchanged as credit because it was a gift. LOL. Ok so, they insisted my mother's home was a figment of her imagination, refused to redeliver, and refused a refund. Wow. But wait, it keeps getting better. So at that point, my mom was tired of trying to convince this lady that the address was legitimate. So she asked the order to be delivered to my address instead. The lady agreed. Today (6 days after the order was supposed to be delivered), a delivery person came with the order. However, apparently the store forgot to include the flowers that my aunt paid for. The delivery person said he would be back with the flowers. I waited all day. He never came. On top of that, later that day I discovered that the delivery driver must have accidentally spilt about 20 strawberries when leaving/coming to my place. There were strawberries everywhere, all over the entrance of our shared driveway. I had to clean it all myself because apparently the delivery driver did not want to clean up his mess (see attached). The guy never came back with the flowers. Like I said, the incompetence of the people working at the palo alto location is truly incredible. They need to hire smarter employees. It's hard to mess up this badly.

Ordered a $60 thing of chocolate-covered strawberries for my GF on Valentine's Day. Paid extra for a card, and paid a BIG charge to have it delivered on Valentine's Day. The delivery was not completed. I was on hold with this store for 2 hours trying to get an update... never got one. The store never picked up, and I was even on hold with the corporate support line on my delivery for two hours. I deserve a refund or a cancelation. $110 completely down the drain. Will never be a customer of Edible Arrangements again. I have learned my lesson, and I hope you will take my warning seriously - don't trust this company.

I had a bad experience ordering from this store. My moms birthday was on the 25th, so I decided to order her a birthday box along with flowers and balloon. The day of her birthday she got only the box delivered. I called to ask about the flowers and balloon..apparently the driver forgot them. I was asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to deliver the next day. I decided to have them deliver them the following day. The day comes and my mom finally gets her flowers but no balloon. I call back and again the driver forgot it. I asked for a refund. (The lady that had been helping me went above by still delivering my mom the balloons and added a little extra for the inconvenience. Thank you to her for that.) But, when my mom got home she put the flowers in a vase and they were all beat up! (See pictures) Ordering from edible arrangements isn't cheap and this was so unprofessional of them. I had never had an issue in the past, and will definitely stop ordering from this location.

We needed a gift for my mother in law for her birthday, so we decided to get an Edible Arrangement for her. She and the family had never had them before and she was very happy with her gifts. They are a little pricey but I think it's definitely worth it especially for a special occasion.

Would not recommend this store and their service. Ordered a delivery for a Graduation party today, they called what time we will be home and I told them 11am so they said give them up to 12pm to be safe. Called again they said it should be delivered before 12:30pm. Now it's 1:30pm and not delivered yet, they said the driver don't pick up his phone. The party is over and what a waste of money.

I placed an order Friday for delivery Sunday. Well it was delivered at 9:30 pm! the flowers were dead & looked as if they were the last flowers they could find. Cheesecakes were squished together- a complete mess! and not to mention the condition of the strawberries! this is beyond embarrassing to me having my mom wait all day.

ordered a large arrangement for a special occasion and it was delivered melted/smashed. skewers missing fruit. not anything i expected for a $100+ arrangement--mind you this was my second time ordering. they authorized a refund a month ago 3/31 & it still has not been processed as of today 4/26/21. extremely disappointed in how this company runs their business.

Don't Order from this store . Placed a small order at 9:30 am on a Monday , indicated location which is less than a 12 minute drive .. didn't deliver on time , business was closed by attempt of delivery . RIDICULOUS . . Other locations deliver within the first 5 hours .. it's not a busy day like valentines so my question is what took so long ? Thanks for ruining the Surprise . . ORDER DIFFERENT LOCATION

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. Strawberries arrived on time but they are tiny and one strawberry is still green! Sooooo disappointed and would NOT recommend. Expected a quality product!!Update: thank you to the management for making this right! The chocolate covered strawberries were replaced with beautiful, fully ripe strawberries that are delicious!! Thank you for the incredible customer service! This is the quality I expect from Edible Arrangements.

Don't come to this location. I placed a small order in person yesterday January 28th for few sets of fruit salads & chocolate strawberries for pick up of next day January 29th. I picked up my fruit cups and chocolate strawberries and upon taking them out the stapled bag they come in, my strawberries we're beyond bad. They smelled fermented, tasted fermented, soggy and definitely not covered in chocolate. The chocolate was cracked off from the strawberries(assuming because the strawberries were so soft) and the strawberries steams & leaves were brown. These were definitely not made fresh I tried calling the store but no one answered. What a waste and pity. It ruined my evening as I was hoping to surprise my twins with them as a Happy Friday Gift. Don't come here they are understaffed and unreliable.

A friend ordered a big bouquet for me. It came, right on time, was absolutely beautiful, and delicious! Thank you very much. I have to take a star off the rating, however, because we were dismayed to see that the bouquet uses many hard plastic rods that I believe cannot be recycled. PLEASE pass on to the company that Edible should use compostable material. Bamboo sticks would have been perfect.

The worse place . I ordered a gift for my cousin and they were supposed to delivered today. I call early in the morning they told me she can pick up after 1pm, she went there and the store was closed . Really disrespectful
