Needed something locked in the case and all I was told was the only person who could help was on break and was not given an estimate when they were coming back. After 30 minutes just decided to check out what I was holding. The person running the lines was unhelpful and wouldn’t even page whoever was supposed to unlock the glass cases overhead and would just send me to wander around and find them. Waited in line 3 separate times. Unhelpful and understaffed.

The pharmacist I spoke to started out impatient and rude and it only got worse as we went along. Eventually she hung up on me. Your willingness to listen to, be patient with and problem solve with customers is a key part of the job.

Adelene please, look at your customers when they are paying or at least acknowledge them. Mot even a word when paying as she was talking to other employee. Very bad customer service

Pharmacy shut in the middle of the day, no mention of closing for lunch in their posted hours; “maybe they’ll reopen at 1” says the employee at the checkout

This is not a reliable or friendly pharmacy. Get your prescriptions elsewhere.

Really rude people, products are marked up, and store was dirty. It is, however, the incredibly rudeness of the checkout people that will make you not want to return. Hello, Management - can you socialize these people?

Convenient location, well stocked store...unfortunately your associate named SIA at the front check out, thinks she can tell me not to press hard on the POS buttons because I might break them!?!? How rude and unprofessional!! Please CVS invest in new POS devices and better trained associates!!!

Yep to all the negative reviews about this CVS - had an awful experience with a rude ogre of a woman who denied medication to my visiting family member that a doctor prescribed/recommended to ease her throat infection. My family members were visiting the Bay Area on their first trip to the US from China and one person fell ill from an infection in her throat. With her international passport, she was able to enter the country, access medical care with a doctor, and pick up prescription medication, but apparently it wasn’t good enough for this woman to sell her over the counter medicine. It is unethical, amoral, unempathetic and a bane on society that this person is in any position of power, let alone in charge of dictating access to health care. Disgusting...

The worse experience ever! I was there to pick up the Paxlovid for my senior mom who is suffering from Covid badly and she can’t drive. The lady who helped me named Angela asked all her personal information loud in public and then told me it will take couple hours. I asked her for how many hours exactly and she lost patients and said normally it will take 24-48 hrs since they are busy! I told her we need the medicine to save life. I understand their process but whole experience is they don’t care whatever you need, they are busy they have enough business!

Unbelievably understaffed for the amount of high schoolers and Stanford students, so there are long lines, out of stock items, and rude overworked staff members. If you can, go to the university avenue one.

Pharmacy tech named Mili was extremely rude. She interrupted me several times when I was trying to explain the issue I was having with my insurance, was very condescending, and asked me the same questions repeatedly despite me having already answered them. I work in customer service, too. It’s not that hard to be nice.I had visited the pharmacy the night before as well and the tech who worked with me then was generally polite and helpful but loudly asked me in front of the entire line of people waiting for assistance what medication I was waiting for, which was incredibly embarrassing. There’s absolutely no excuse for that.Update: They gave me the wrong medication, and when I came back to have it fixed, they insisted they filled it as prescribed even though I’ve never in my life taken the dosage they handed me and despite the doctor’s note I showed them with my current prescriptions and dosages listed. They begrudgingly refunded me and told me they were closing and that I had to come back the next day. Once again, the staff was rude and impatient with me even though all I was trying to do was get the medication I’m supposed to take daily and have been without for over a week due to their mistake.

Absence of leadership. Pharmacy team was unable to open their section on time at 1000 and were waiting for keys. Also unable able to provide an estimate of how late the store would be opening that day.

While I'm on a streak of reviewing pharmacies, I might as well review this one. The pharmacy didn't have enough of my medication to fill the full prescription but they also knew in advance my insurance wouldn't cover anything less than the full prescription. They gave me the option of giving me a partial dose at that moment or letting me come back a few days later to get everything at once. I was going out of town so I opted for the partial dose. The pharmacy team got permission to give me a discounted rate so that my per pill cost was the same as it would have been with my insurance so that they could make sure I had my medications available when I would need them. It was so thoughtful and kind.

This place is horrible the entire store smells like pee. Probably because the bathrooms are closed. Doctor called in my moms prescription 2 hours ago she just had surgery he said we can’t go home without it she’s sitting here in massive pain because it’s not ready.
