I have used this car wash for several years and had only good experiences. Unfortunately recently when I got my car washed ( a Tesla) . I heard a very loud noise that I thought came from outside the car wash area. Several days later i noticed a crack in my sunroof. I looked on line about this and found someone had their sunroof cracked in this car wash. I called and the manager was unresponsive-said this never happens and I should email the owner which I did. No response. I am writing this not because I want anything from them . But I would hope they could see if there is something they can modify to avoid this happening in the future. And I would suggest that Tesla owners of Model S be aware of this possibilty.

Trash car wash. I have a compact sedan and it couldn’t even get the gunk off of my trunk. I’d understand if I got the cheapest wash but I got the deluxe. For the premium they’re charging it should wash better

Expensive, old car wash , not enough high to clean my car whole car... Water seems not so clear , lot of water stain. And dryer not effective.

Went through the car wash with my Model Y and the roof of my car was cracked. I do not recommend using this car wash and it did not thoroughly clean my car either. I will be complaining with the owner as I am concerned my insurance will not cover the all glass roof replacement.

A lot of confusion over the discount plan. The clerk on duty was unable to help, and the advertising is confusing. We gave up on it and have gone elsewhere.

The machine here did basically nothing for the droppings and flower bits after parking under a tree overnight.

Did not really clean the car as much, I don't expect much from automated carwashes like this (i.e. not hand washed) but even then the car did no feel much cleaner after.

I am from the LA area, similar car washes charge less than $10 but in this area, prices are at least around $16!!

The gas station itself is fine, but the car wash is a poor value. $15.99 for the deluxe wash and although it takes quite a while, the end result was mostly just smearing the dirt around on the roof and trunk, although the windows were clean. I had to go the next day and rewash my car elsewhere.
