My experience here was pretty disappointing. The salesperson wasn’t ready when I arrived which is not a big deal but when I wanted to test drive couple of Lexus’, Sam only let me drive literally 1 mile. 1 mile! How am I supposed to learn the vehicle that way? He didn’t even take the time of showing/selling the features other than it’s a “great car” and spitting out the most BS and lamest vague statements. I felt like I was not being taken seriously as a buyer and honestly felt like I was being scammed. Bad energy and would not recommend. I ended up purchasing an Audi. Also, it’s a red flag when you see two different people writing the same 5 star review in purchasing the same car. Really?

My sales representative, Sam Abrahimi, had the tough job of making what was potentially a cumbersome task for me, very manageable and seemless. After purchasing a 2022 Honda CRV from my local Honda dealer, just 5 months ago, my vehicle was totaled by another motorist. My local dealer was unable to locate my "wish list" vehicle. Sam was able to locate "a twin" to my totaled vehicle! He was courteous, sensitive to my dilemma and reassuring that all would be taken care of professionally and expeditiously. AC suddenly stops working on CRV. I bring the car in. There's a 10 year warranty extension on the compressor shaft seal. They check for it, it needs replacement, covered by extended warranty. But AC clutch also broken in half. Since the seal is covered by warranty and they had to take it apart anyway, I only pay for the part and not labor. Pretty great service. Everything is fixed quickly. Service advisor Steve. Thanks.

We had a great experience at Anderson Honda! This dealership was by far the most straightforward and pleasant dealership to work with of the several we tried, and we are happy we got to buy our car from them. We test drove a CR-V with Robert Sahabi at Anderson Honda in December 2022, but ended up with a different car due to other reasons. We fondly remembered our experience with Robert and that's why we asked for his assistance this time again. Robert is polite, friendly and most importantly, very honest. We trusted him in our decision process and even though we test drove another EV (equally good and competitively priced), we ended up coming back to Anderson Honda and Robert to by the Prologue. Highly recommended.
