USPS is defrauding customers of potentially millions in package insurance reimbursements. When a package is damaged or lost, the branch tells you to file the claim online and USPS.com tells you to go to the branch, sending you in an endless circle with NO accountability by anyone. Kasey and her supervisor (blonde lady) could not care less about honoring the legal contract that you make with USPS, they just know how to take your money. Don't give it to them. Find a better way or a workaround solution instead of using this service any more.

I think someone needs to change the time for Saturday to check your P.O. Box, the website says access is until 5:00 P.M. but when I went last Saturday 6/1/24 the doors were locked a little after 3:00 P.M. I'm not sure if the website and times on the windows matches, but it's not fun to drive there and it's closed.

This is hands down a better post office than the one in Lancaster. Every single time I come here I am well attended. No ISSUES.

What a horrible experience this place is. Its the closest location, so i come here few times a month and for some reason workers here have some sort of bad attitude and god forbid you have a question and dont know how to do something exactly the way they want you to.
If you dont have to come here, i would avoid this place.

I did a change address almost a month ago. And I thought everything was fine. I even gave him a good review as far as what I'm saying, meet some survey. Then I find out that my mail has been going to the Roney address.

Worst service ever! The African American man working there seems like he doesn’t want to be there, he’s not helpful and just sends you to the other USPS. I would rate the customer service horrible.

Why does this place have so many low ratings? This USPS has the most chill and kind attendants. Been going here for years. Just be a respectful patient customer and you’ll get the help you need.

They don't answer in Spanish. And they don't ring the bell to leave the package and it requires a signature.

They are not helpful what so ever and never pick up the phone, called over 5 times with a problem and was not answered once, what type of people do you employee USPS.

THIS IS THE WORST POSTAL SERVICE. THEY LOSE YOUR PACKAGES OR DELIVER TO WRONG ADDRESS AND NOTHING IS DONE. Gustavo Solis Rojas shame on you how dare you close your email with sincerely. There's nothing sincere about you are that post office. I wish I could give no stars.

I payed extra for my package to be delivered on the December 22 they asked for one more day is the 24th and my package is still not there and they’re keeping it overnight when it could’ve been delivered today what’s the point in that waste of my money and I can’t even get a refund because the stupid website doesn’t work right
