The staff there, with the exception of one individual, make shopping a breeze with their approachable and knowledgeable service. However, my interactions have been somewhat marred by a less-than-pleasant exchange with another staff member, a lady with glasses, whose customer service skills were lacking. Despite this hiccup, I was able to locate my receipt at home and eventually exchanged my screw on a subsequent visit. While the solution was found, it was an inconvenience to drive back due to one person's reluctance to provide service. Adding to the store's appeal is the ample parking available every time I visit, which is not something I take for granted. “My pig eater feed got damaged so I was searching for the same type I bought about 8 yrs ago at red barn animal feed. I searched online and found it at tractor supply. I went to Rakuten app and luckily I found them on there as a vendor. I paid about 60 bucks after tax and got $1.10 in cash back. I picked up same day and it was a successful purchase. I waited in the car as I have a broken ankle and they brought my item to my vehicle after I called the pick up number. Easy smooth transaction.”
