Dishonest mechanic, prices are ridiculous his attitude sucks should learn how to speak to customers who brings him business definitely not a humble person. I asked him why his prices are so high he tells me he has to pay his employees. ??

Pacific does an awesome job. They were referred to me by another mechanic to make a repair regarding the air conditioning in my car. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Jesse made me feel comfortable with having them work on my car, and must of all I felt like I can trust him not to take advantage of me by overcharging. So needless to say I found my new mechanic.

I don't have the best of luck with cars something always seems to happen. And I was referred by family to go to Jessie. I called him and he said to bring it in to him. Soon as I got there Jessie looked at my car and treated me like family. Listen/looked at the car knew the problem right away. He had my car up and running in 2 days after changing the timing belt and alot that went with it.. Every thankful for him and I would highly recommend Pacific auto to any/everyone in palmdale or driving through who has an unexpected problems. JESSIES PACIFIC AUTO IS THE WAY TO GO.?? Jesse and his team at Pacific Auto are the best! I had issues with my headlights and brakes and they were able to fix them quickly at a fair price. Jesse is very knowledgeable and always does clean work. Very happy with the service, I won't be going anywhere else!

Pacific Auto had the best prices after asking around multiple shops. Spoke with Jesse, told him about my car problem (Code P0118). He was knowledgeable, and the diagnose was free. Dropped off my car and it was ready next day! I appreciate that Jesse didn't take advantage of me, and didn't scam me about my car situation. He's trustworthy and respectful. Pacific Auto will be my go to shop from now on! Thank you and your team for all that you do! ?
