Employee Angie at this GameStop. Gave my family the worse experience she had the worse attitude never greeted and ask if he needed anything just with her angry face then when I had to pay she snatched the money of my hands and kept asking for things very rude. If you don’t like your job find a different career or go back to school.

I called earlier today and they put me on hold for 7 MINUTES, and then they hung up! I was patiently waiting, and then they hung up on me. Very bad customer service. Then, to make it worse, I called over 20 times, 20 TIMES, to try to get a hold of someone, anyone, but no one ever picked up the phone, and they were still open at 5 pm. Horrible customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Customers are not #1 top priority there. They just play around over there and act immature, and never pay attention to the phone.

This game stop is horrible, my son was shopping around the store and a employee was walking around the store and accused him of steeling even asking him if he had something on the back of the shirt and told him to lift up his shirt. This is bad he could have looked at surveillance camera before accusing.

They were very helpful! I was a tad annoyed about them promoting the new PS5 for a low cost but didn't have that package available only offering the more expensive combo package for a higher cost... Tad sneaky

This Game Stop is in a great location. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it smells terrible. I'm not sure if they have bad ventilation or something. But it's not great.
