The lady in fedex is so rude. I am trying to talk to her nicely but she was very rude. Its around 8-9am. I dont see her name tag it was covered. Theres 2 lady right there and but the cashier lady was the rudest one.

I went to fax a important document while I'm 66 years old not familiar with the technology I was lost, but Frankie went out of his normal work duties to assist me all the way through the process, very professional, knowledgeable, and his customer service was something not seen in this age, thank you for hiring this guy he's a amazing assess to your company and a prime example of whet human kindness should look like!!!

Needed to print a copy of bank statement for SSDI for the hubby. Very small, but no other customers, so I didn't have to wait. No problems logging in or printing. Did not need the help of the counter staff, but they did greet me and were very friendly. This will be my new go to spot for printing.

Whoever is working the shift at fedex drop off right now at 12:56 p.m 3/1/22 (she is a girl) doesn’t have any type of customer service at all, train your employees properly before putting them on the floor to help customers…
