“Mr. T and his Mechanic Mike are angels in human form literally. Single mom walked in to get an alternator replaced but didn’t know I had an even bigger problem going on. Mike informed me of a gas leak that was really bad and I just knew in my heart my car is no good I started to cry. Mr . T and Mike immediately jumped right into action and said don’t cry we’re gonna figure this out. Being a woman I have been taken advantage of with this car so my hopes of them helping were zero to none but low and behold they both came up with a plan that would be cost efficient for me hoping it would reveal the problem..all of us hanging on a prayer after 15 mins yes that prayer worked and so did they. The problem was found and they were able to fix it. I picked up my car the next day and was so grateful for them. I vowed to never take my car anywhere else ever. The guy that works in the back shop that does the tinting windows and sounds with out knowing me lend me his tools and afford to help me. Made me feel like I was at my old folks garage in LA . “Intake Auto Repair is simply the best. The staff is outstanding and all the mechanics are great at what they do, they know their stuff. I had a broken exhaust manifold bolt, broken off in the head. They removed the bolt and replaced it with a new one. Now my truck runs quite as it should. My truck is a big 1996 F350 Diesel 7.3 Powerstroke Turbo Charged. Crewcab Dully. Whenever it is needing any repairs, I will take it back to Intake Auto. No other shop will touch my truck. So, I thank Intake auto repair for a job well done, and for being there when I needed repairs done.”

Last year at the end of August I had a car accident and the insurance company told me my car was totaled and it would cost more to fix than the value of my car. My car has low mileage and is well taken care of, runs great no problems, other than the accident ( which was not my fault, her insurance was taking care of it ) I did not want to let go of it, so I looked for another repair shop, found Uni-body & frame Inc…. “I called early in the week because a friend referred me, saying they're amazingly helpful and courteous, and that I'd be in and out in no time. I spoke with TG (I'm hoping that's correct) who quoted me a price for two tires that was well below two other stores I'd called. And, the same brand. Instead of being there first thing in the morning, I finally got over there about an hour before they closed on Saturday. A nice gentleman greeted me at my car and I explained about my conversation with TG, he directed me where to park and led me inside. TG helped me at the counter (remembering my call and quote - customer service win) and BOOM. 20 minutes later I'm out the door with two new tires and a weight off my shoulders and brain.
