Stopped in for some food before heading out to camp, an employee I believe his name was Ricky noticed the line starting to build and came over and started helping folks at another register. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Wish more stores had employees like this. Seems customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses but this was refreshing to get such great customer service from a business. A+++

I called this store this morning and talked with Massie & then went to this store before 3 pm & and asked for macy & we have nobody at this store. I said Macy & common sense would have kicked in, i had to call your & deli to be told who the Mgr. Said macy, you mean Massie, now why didn't your other employees figure it out, as the other mgr. on vacation. Ask to speak to manager & standing there in pain from back injury & there waiting for 10 min, nobody bothered to help. I was Friendly & I'm done shopping here for 20 yrs at this Albertsons & its rude employees playing games. You Lost another customer. I'm contacting corporate & inform them about your employees like to play games. They would know macy to Massie the deli guy told me. Which I will inform corporate of the unprofessional of making me wait.

I Love the Store franchise it self but I HATE the condescending behavior the resistance as if a person of color shouldn’t patronize. My money spend like everyone else’s. When the country shut down WE ALL WERE AFFECTED‼️ You’re no better you work in service SERVE‼️ It’s happened twice there won’t be a third and if so CORPORATE WILL BE CONTACTED WITH NAMES attached I just maybe a secret shopper?️ CHECK YOURSELF butcher /meat department??

Albertsons is quality. You get savings if you’re in the club card. Today we saved and got our lobster for free. Not gonna lie it’s a lil expensive there but everything they have is good and they have deals from time to time on various items throughout the store. I especially like the meats there

Prices insanely higher than anyone else. Why can’t the deli ever have dark meat fried chicken! Literally every time. They have the “mixed” but not the dark.

Overall great experience in the store from walking in to checking out. Associates were very helpful and store was clean. Food has always been good and fresh. My cashier, Joann, was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Usually this is a great place to shop at but I went 9pm today and the cashier who was kind of old and had long gray hair gave off a rude attitude today and when I told her to have a good day she completely ignored me so if she's reading this right now, I take that back, I hope you have an awful day!

This is the 2nd cake I ordered from here and received it with the name spelled wrong. This is unacceptable. The name was written correctly, both times, on the order form. The bakery should do a better job checking for spelling. Now my child’s cake is messed up. There should be some kind of discounts, something. How ridiculous. It’s a bakery for goodness sakes. Get it together. Seriously.
