They wanted personal information for a simple purchase of a phone charger. The two employees there laughed at me when I denied them their request. Jacob at Verizon Wireless, 102 N. Palm Canyon Drive, did an awesome job helping me purchase a new Google Pixel 8 Pro and then transfer all my data from my old phone onto the new one. All the staff members are courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Bravo to Jacob, Verizon Wireless, and their Palm Springs retail staff!

Assistants there a lazy, lazy. They need to be trained in Customer Service. We have a bad taste in our mouths. Try different store or don't sign up for Verizon.

This store is not worth a star. I am a current customer and wanted information about new plans. I was greeted when I arrived and waited while they finished with other customers. When one of the two people finished with their customer, I assumed she would help me. Instead she sent emails, cleaned her phone, chatted with her colleague and never once acknowledged me or stood up to see if there was anyone there - although I was hard to miss since I was standing at the counter. When a new customer entered the store she started to help that person. When I said something I was told she didn't see me and she continued with the new costumer. Service at the location is terrible.

Received awesome service since the day we went in to order our new devices.. German H the store manager was amazing.. super nice.. very outgoing.. joked around with us while he helped up set up our devices.. he dealt with a really rude customer while we were there.. was very professional and not once was he rude back.. stayed calm and collective.. and came right back to finish setting us up as if nothing happened.. definitely going back to him for future services! Thank you German for taking care of us

The staff was honest and very helpful. I had been to 2 other Verizon stores (NYC and Goleta) in the past month to see if they could fix my phone. Both stores told me I needed a new phone. My phone was only a year old. The manager, German, replaced the front screen and camera lens screen and my phone is good as new! Very grateful for the easy fix, and not having to go through the cost and hassle of setting up a new phone.
