Automated voice call won't let me talk to anyone. It doesn't want to understand that I want to talk to customer service. What a terrible service this is, they simply don't want to help at all!

First time coming to this UPS access point. It is INSIDE CVS store! I didn’t know at first but when i went inside i went to the cashier and they scanned my return. Very nice and easy.
