In August we were referred to Niko Esposito of the Paul Kaplan group as we were searching for a home in the Palm Springs area. We were relocating from another state, and before we ever reached California, Niko was generous with important information for us to consider. As one would imagine, we had many questions about how to proceed and where to look.
When we met up at our hotel in Rancho Mirage, Niko listened to our proposals and discussed our views for over an hour. Then we struck out for the most likely areas where we could see homes in our price range.
Throughout the day, we visited homes and got to know the area thanks to Niko's expertise.
When a realtor is as personable, knowledgeable and as natural an educator as Niko, it is a unique experience. She has never missed a beat when addressing our questions.
Her responses to ad hoc questions have been prompt and extremely helpful.
The escrow and closing process occurred remotely and they were smoothly managed by the CV Escrow company.
We wholeheartedly recommend Niko Esposito because with her capable and professional guidance, we were able to close on our new house early in September and we are now very happily settling in this week.

We had the privilege of working with Ellen Paris on the purchase of our new home in Rancho Mirage. We were out of town buyers and Ellen went above and beyond to meet our every need. She regularly sent us listings of properties that met our very extensive list of requirements, she went to preview homes to determine if she thought we would like them, she did multiple FaceTime walk throughs with us, she picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and hotels when needed, she was always available to answer questions and provide us guidance, she held our hands through the offer, negotiation, and closing process, and continues to assist us with settling in post close. Ellen has tremendous knowledge of the Coachella Valley and the communities that were the right fits for us, guiding us towards communities that met our needs and away from those she knew would not be right for us. She persevered through a grueling two year search with us, never tiring or growing impatient. Ellen was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Coachella Valley!

Andrew shouse had an open house on Joshua tree in Palm desert we drove down, tried to enter door was locked. Called his phone and called Kaplan. No answer. Waited for 20 minutes, decided it’s too hot. (115 degrees) We've seen about 3-4 groups people come and go without accessing since we’ve been waiting. Quite a bummer…

The Paul Kaplan Group has been great working with. Clay Baham has been my realtor for two homes and he is not only an excellent realtor but also has a great personality and easy to work with. Most people say the 3 most important things in real estate are location, location, location. I'd have to say the 3 most important are Niko, Niko, Niko! Such a great job in selling our adorable vintage mid-century charmer. As first timers, she made the process so easy. Each step of the way she explained in detail and made us feel comfortable. She communicated clearly and promptly, and put in the time with "open houses". We couldn't have done it without her, and will definitely recommend to friends, and of course we will surely use her services in the future! When considering a move to Palm Springs make Niko Esposito your first call!!!

Mike Johnson sold my home and took all the stress out of the process. He was always a step ahead of what needed to be done, breaking down the onslaught of information in advance and meticulously caring for my home, as I had already moved out.I almost wish my home hadn't sold because I miss his care so much, (?). Charles was a perfect match for me as I was shopping for a property in Palm Springs. He is such a lovely man and a great sense of humor that made the whole experience a pleasure.
