My husband and I came here to get my new cellphone set up and we were immediately greeted by Juan and put on the wait list. The wait was short for having four people ahead of us. Aldo was our customer service guy and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. The whole process went super smooth and we left with smiles on our faces and we even purchased extra equipment!! Aldo is a good salesman! We highly recommend this place for excellent service!

If you live in the Palm Springs area, I strongly suggest you find another T-Mobile location to pay your bill, upgrade, or for questions. This location is extremely unorganized, and the employees seem clueless in regards to waiting customers. I waited 45 minutes today to pay my bill, checked in upon entry, and the clueless employee took customers ahead of me, some of which arrived 20 minutes after me. This particular location is ridiculous! I literally waited for 45 minutes to simply pay my bill. Four employees were working and assisting other customers ahead of us, however, when new customers came in behind us, the employee who was "checking in" everyone overlooked us completely, and took customers ahead of us. We had checked in 45 minutes earlier. When we brought this oversight up to the attention of another employee, he simply said "you need to make an appointment". This is outrageous, as why should we have to make an appointment to pay our bill? Also, we had already waited 45 minutes. This place is extremely unorganized, and the employees seem clueless as to how to handle waiting customers properly. I will be finding another location to either pay my bill, upgrade, or should I have inquiries.

Very chill T-Mobile store, I went in and came out fast as I went for a T-Mobile Tuesday offer but it was fast and easy and definitely would come again if I ever need anything with regards to T-mobile or any offers.

lack of inventory has become the mantra of Tmobile and Verizon, its a screen saver, it's simple, order more than 2 per office, inventory of this nature I am sure is most in demand, stock 100s in each store and make customers happy

I had a few billing problems with T-Mobile since becoming a customer in February but Axel and his manager really worked hard to make sure all of my issues were solved. I spent over an hour in the store and the whole team was kind, helpful, and understanding while they walked me through my options and helped figure everything out. Great team!

I bought a phone from this store.I paid for a screen protector and a case in full.I am being charged for these items monthly in the amount of $7.09Customer service seems unable to resolve this issue and when I called the store, they are requiring me to physically drive 7 miles each way to present my receipt.This.
