Marlena Calderon is the definition of Customer Service. She was wonderful. She deserves a raise. She was the best service I've had in a long time. Great attitude. Wonderful. She even opened the. door for my mother when we were leaving. She made the experience worth it.

Took my car in for scheduled service that was due. Was greeted by Marlena, the service adviser, and she took down my information . She went and checked my car, then came back and looked up my maintenance record for the car, and told me that they should do my 30,000 mile maintenance. She was professional and friendly. She answered the questions that I had asked her about regarding my car. They were efficient and completed the service in a very reasonable time frame. I have used the Quick Lane Service before and have always been very satisfied with the work on my car. Today was no different, they were great. I feel like I actually get better 1 on 1 time with my service adviser there ,than I do when I have to go over to the regular service department.
They deserve Kudos for the service they provide. The lounge area there is clean and comfortable as well. I am 100 percent satisfied with their service and their staff.
