Very unprofessional and rude staff member... Carlos, one of the technicians here at Davita does not know how to properly treat people. He definitely needs to have some kind of customer service training and learn how to talk to people, not down to people. He treats people as if they don't know anything and tries to act superior and smarter than he actually is.

I am a patient at this location, and the nurses and technicians truly don't care; I have found myself in pain calling for help and they just ignore you; AND MANY OTHER ISSUES. I have voiced my concern to management and nothing is ever solved. They know you are at their mercy AND DO NOT CARE! SHAME ON YOU DAVITA!!!

They have a unprofessional recruiting team. They don’t know anything about the place. Just about the operating hours. They told me they would get back to me and then send me a email after the phone call saying They’re not going to move forward. I just asked about their working hours. They were late on the phone interview and it didn’t last for 5 minutes.
