Canyon Print & Signs is a great local business, that provided excellent customer service. Canyon Print provided one indoor vinyl decal and one acrylic outdoor sign for my small business.Jack and his team walked me through the process, suggested where I can save money, and went the extra mile during installationThey made the decision to shop locally and use a Valley business, rather than a budget e-commerce sign company, easy.

Canyon Printing's manager, Ken is worth so many more stars -- only five-stars is not nearly enough! Every time I interact with Ken, I come away thinking, "The owner of this business hit the lottery when Ken was hired!!!" He is super-helpful, full of bubling great humor, highly intelligent and what we call -- "All-there!!" Ken makes you feel like family and he is always extra- helpful, kind and concerned for his customers. I watched him juggle about five people at once -- and he always made me feel like I was important -- and my job was taken care of very fast. He rushes jobs through and is amazing to watch!! No one is this efficient or great at their jobs. A few days ago, Ken helped me navagate a difficult banner-job and I came away thinking "I have to make a YELP on this guy -- he's more than amazing." Thank you Ken for being the most capable, smartest and most kind manager anywhere in the DESERT -- You rank at the top and our company appreciates you very much!! We will never go anywhere else, thanks to KEN's SUPER-STAR abilities!!!!

Oh wow - Ken at Canyon Print & Signs saved us, with a last minute print job that he personally hand carried over to a conference we were doing across the road from his office. This was a low value job for them, but was critical for us, and we were all super-impressed and grateful for how they took it seriously, prioritized the print job, and dug us out of a hole. We're a British company, in town for an international conference, and we may never be back to Palm Springs - so saying we're now loyal to Canyon Print & Signs would be true, but moot, so I'd like to encourage any other local person or company to go to these guys for all your print needs. They're incredible, and deserve all the clients they can get.

I have been in commercial real estate for over 20-years, and have worked with several sign companies, and many print companies over that time. After working with Canyon Print & Signs, I've learned first hand from the quality of their work and outstanding customer service that they are the best vendor in the sign, and print business in the Coachella Valley. Initially, they got our sign business on a trial basis. Quickly, we saw a difference in speed, quality, and follow through, and made them our sign vendor exclusively this year. As print work surfaced, again on a trial basis, we started to send that work to them, too. The results were the same. Fast, high quality, and great follow through. They've earned the right to be our sole vendor. This local business has impressed me to the point that I have posted this review. This recognition is well earned. Try them, you will be happy with the outcome.

I am from Georgia and called Ken and the team at Canyon Print and Signs quite last minute for a project for a work trip. I needed a big sign that could be used for a presentation, and Ken took the time to brainstorm with me about what would work best, what sizes would make the most sense, and what materials would work best. Ken worked quickly and efficiently, answering all of my questions and reassuring me along the way from across the entire country. The entire process went from stressful and uncertain to an absolute pleasure thanks to Ken's professional knowledge, guidance, and hard work. Thank you, Ken!

Ken at the Palm Springs store has helped us get 600 letters and envelopes ready to go out to our Gene Autry neighborhood several times now. The copies look very professional, and we got them the same day. Also, they were a bit cheaper than Staples for much better quality and service.

I cannot say enough about Ken and the rest of the staff here. I have been using their printing services for about 8 years now and they never disappoint. prior to walking into CP&S I hadn't even bothered to open a Yelp account, however my experience was so fantastic that I was left with no other option than to climb atop the digital mountaintop and Yelp . I was on a desert vacation getaway when suddenly I had pressing needs requiring that I print out photographs for a creative project back home , luckily for me there was an independent shoppe located within a short walking distance from where I was at the time , not only did I avoid having to experience the dreaded fedex/kinkos I was treated to a bonafide comedic routine upon entering the premise. These guys are funny , they are also professional and provide quality services with a quick turnaround time . I cannot recommend them enough !!!

Ken is awesome - quick prints of 10 large posters and prices beat FedEx store. Dropped off original art- he scanned right away and gave back. I returned about 2 hours later and all huge posters were done and looked great!
