This store has everything including the BEST customer service. My husband lost a washer off his walker. They not only found one for us as we waited at the counter but also applied it to his walker making sure it was good and tight so it wouldn't fall off again.They made our day!!!

Builders Supply has a great Customer friendly staff, is knowledgeable, and is ready to take care of all your needs. I have visited multiple times a month for the past 3-4 months because of their convenient location, and way less wait time to get what you need and on your way. Whether you are a contractor, DIY person, or just someone in need of repair/replacement items, they have you covered. I definitely suggest stopping in and letting them take good care of you. A+ in my book...

Had a really good then a really bad experience yesterday. Whatever service person I talked to first, a man, name not known to me, was extremely helpful and pleasant. Then he sent me to talk to the "men" who are located down the stairs. What a group of lazy, obnoxious men they were; especially the small one. When I relayed what the "helpful" man had said, they told me he was a moron and didn't know what he was talking about. Thats my last visit EVER.
