Price gouging? Stopped in there on 4/3/2024 to process a shipment from Palm Springs to MN using my Fed Ex corporate account. Was appalled at the price quote of approx. $225-$325 depending on the delivery date. Knowing this was a crazy quote, I went to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Ramon Rd (near airport). Price was 1/10th of what AIM quoted. Yes, 90% cheaper! Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware when using AIM.

I try to send a package to Mexico and the guy who took care of me was SUPER RACIST, he told me that if I wanted to send a package from the US the address I'm sending it needs to be in English because I live in a English speaking country. He's taking care of a community with a lot of Latinos if this business doesn't want to take care of Latinos just put a sign outside because this old guy was the biggest rude and racist person

Went their for notary services, baby passport pictures and priority mail. The team was great, nice and patient. I totally recommend.

I rarely need to use notary services, but this location was convenient and the notary was on duty when I called and then visited. I was charged correctly for 2 notarized signatures on a Power of Attorney document. What I did not expect were the two additional $15 charges imposed for 2 witnesses that my document also needed. These charges were not listed on my receipt as Notary services. They were listed as Office Services. But they were a complete surprise until it was time for payment. And the 2 notarized signatures that were correctly billed for were not actually witnessed at all. The notary took our document to a back office and came back with the 2 signatures filled in where it indicated Witness signatures were needed. When I requested a refund because the witnesses did not actually "witness" anything, the manager refused. When I called around later to other notary services such as the UPS office in nearby Cathedral City, I was informed that they do not charge for witness signatures.

We were in PS for Modernism Week and were fortunate enough to find a few fragile treasures that needed to be packaged and shipped out of state. AIM was recommended to us from the vintage curator. Everything was perfect! The package arrived without any issues. They took time to wrap and pack the boxes and handled the art and glasses with great care. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Will use this place again when shopping in PS. Thanks!

I purchased a vintage lamp on Marketplace and the seller brought it to AIM for packaging and shipping. It's a very delicate lamp but they did a great job packaging it, and it made the journey from Palm Springs to Seattle safe and sound.

Needed a paper notarized and had a couple ahead of me; no big deal. The man at the counter asked the notary if he "had time to do a notary" to which he replied "i guess I'll do it" because it seemed he was about to leave. I waited in line for 10 minutes while he did the couples paper; he immediately packed his stuff, didn't look up or ask me and went straight to the back. I then told him I also needed a paper notarized and he sighed then rolled his eyes. Why would I pay for services from someone who obviously doesnt want to be there. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to provide it adequately.

I can not say enough great things about AIM and the entire staff. Super friendly, great attitude and service oriented. We have shipped a ton of stuff with them and every interaction has far exceeded our expectations.

Excellent print shop for business. Business cards, pamphlets , folders and fliers. Very responsive . Prices aren't cheap but fair.
