There have been several instances where my wife and I could not get responsive customer service from the 800 line. We learned that if you go in person, the staff there will personally assist you and correct any problems. They are a true advocate of their customers!”

“What a fabulous Customer Service experience with Carlos in the Meat Dept. I am a regular at Stater Brothers in La Quinta. It is the only market that smells fresh when you walk in. I had unexpected guests coming for Christmas dinner. I went to Stater Brothers in La Quinta & was not disappointed. Wow, Carlos was great, he was very patient at a high stress time, Christmas. I purchased a 6 lb. Prime beef tenderloin. It was delicious. My guests were very impressed. Keep up the great work Stater Brothers. You have a loyal customer in my family.”
