This company went beyond customer service to offer a ""loaner"" while our furniture was being made. In today's world, this is a big deal. Knowing how long deliveries can take these days. When the leather couches were delivered, they are beautiful!!I would not hesitate to ever shop with them againPleasant and professional personnel.

I wanted a custom sofa for a reasonable price, and was happy to find SofaULove in Palm Desert, so close to where I live! Charlene and her sister, Cali, were very helpful in figuring out the details for design and fabric. I ordered an L-shaped sectional with two ottomans. They are manufactured right here in Southern California which cut down on the wait time. It took about two months to get them. The sofa is comfortable and looks great in my living room with the two ottoman cubes. I'm really happy with the color combo. Sofa and ottomans are made of the same fabric in two different colors (sofa is grey, ottomans are green). I am totally pleased with how the set turned out and would highly recommend the store for reasonably-priced custom furniture here in the desert!

I am familiar with Sofa U Love from Pasadena and when I purchased a home in Palm Desert I was so excited to know Sofa U Love opened a store here. The workmanship is excellent, the pricing is very fair and the timeline to receive your item is great. I love that it is a family owned business and the salespeople are sisters! We had a very unique space with specific measurements and the spectacular sister team worked with us to come up with the perfect seating area. I highly recommend Sofa U Love in Palm Desert. Oh, and the delivery people were outstanding too!

I’m so happy that sofa u love has finally opened a store in Palm Desert!!! I know they have been around a very long time, and they’ve been making the best quality sofas in Los Angeles for almost 50 years!! It’s really hard to find USA made quality items anymore !! Just placed my order with Kali and Sharleen! They were fantastic, can’t wait to receive my custom sectional in a few weeks!! ❤️

I was searching for 2 loveseats for our new home and was disappointed with the Furniture Store options in the Coachella Valley until I found Sofa U Love. Huge selection of styles and fabrics. Essentially anything you can imagine can be custom made at their factory in LA. The sofa's were delivered in less than the time promised. Extremely happy with the quality. I am now waiting on a accent chair and 6 dining room chairs to be recovered. Great customer service.

Just had our first experience with Sofa For You and it was terrific. Christine our sales associate was knowledgeable and a delight to work with. We were surprised at how reasonable the price was for an American made custom sofa. No surprise why this company has been in business so long. Can't wait for our new sleeper sofa to arrive!
