We just left this store. We had a difficult situation with paint color. We have the colors of our brand but they were not in the color scheme of any paint store. We drove through 4 stores and it was only this store where the professional Robert was able to understand what custom color we needed and made it for us. It was difficult, but thanks to Robert's Professionalism, we got our perfect result! Millions thanks!

So we are in the process of selling our condo. There were a few rooms where it required some patching and touch-up before selling, and we did not have any of the original paint containers. I used a sharp utility knife, and cutout a 2x2 inch piece to allow them to match. I also had them match some exterior paint. I brought all my samples to the store, and they made each color which allowed me to simply patch and paint without doing the whole room! I dropped off my samples, and picked them up the next day. This gave me time to spackle, sand + prime, so when the paint was ready it was a quick job. It was great to avoid repainting everything. The finished job looks great, and you would never know it was recently touched up.. I found the people at the desk to be professional and on task.

Have had great experiences with this store, especially during the pandemic - we've had prepaid curbside pickup and the people here are always nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

OMG....it was the last bit of painting and we ran out... Called my Sherwin-Williams store at 39760 Garand Lane in Palm Desert CA it was 4:50pm on a Saturday night and Heather the trouper that she was no only took my repeat order over the phone she waited for me...I got there at 5:20pm (yes I was not far but took a wrong turn, it was raining and I was trying to get there fast) Thank you Heather Thank you Sherwin-Williams
