Throughout our lives we have bought and sold many homes and dealt with many realtors. When looking for a second home in the Palm Springs area we came across a You Tube video from Kim which answered a lot of our questions regarding buying in that area. We contacted Kim and Ric and found them to be everything we had hoped for in a realtor and more. They were always on our side and we felt that they had our best interest at heart and never made us feel that it was only about the sale. Kim and Neal are truly the best. We stumbled upon them via their amazing YouTube video and in person they did not disappoint. The level of service they provide is beyond what we expected. From buying our home in Palm Springs to helping us with the Airbnb process they knew it all. I cannot recommend them enough. We found Kim while searching for information on the Coachella valley on YouTube. The videos are great! Kim was amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the local market including specific neighborhoods really helped us narrow down our target homes. She was always available by phone or email and quick to respond to my inquiries. Scheduling property walks were a breeze with Kim even with my last minutes requests! Ultimately she helped close the deal on a home we’re really happy with. On top of all of that, she’s a very pleasant person to work with during what can be a high stress situation.

Kim and Ric helped us find a great house in La Quinta. We interviewed a few different real estate agents in the area and chose them because we really liked their longer-term knowledge of the area, the fact that they worked closely together so that we got "two for one" and that they have closed a lot of deals each year. As we began to work with them it became clear they listened extremely carefully to what we were looking for and showed us five or six houses that met much of our criteria (but not all). Then, as new houses became available, they were immediately looking to see if that new listing was a match. In this competitive environment it really helps to have an agent who is constantly looking at everything new -- and doing so very early in the morning. Sure enough, a house that met all of our criteria hit and we were looking at it within 6 hours of it being listed. They were great on the offer process and advising us every step of the way through. Couldn't recommend Kim and Ric more highly!

I wanted to give a review about Kim and Ric helping us to find a home. I can’t say enough about how great these people are. From the moment we first called them, we felt comfortable and zero pressure. We told them what we were looking for and they helped us find the perfect place. Kim was tireless in making sure that a difficult deal went through. They were always super positive and we felt they always were on our side and not the side to make a few extra dollars. They truly went out of their way to make the entire process smooth and with as little stress on us as could be achieved. Also, if you are a vet in the Coachella Valley, she understands the VA process. You have to watch her YouTube videos also! A terrific place to find tons of information about the area, cost of living, and the local market. You can’t go wrong!

We don't do this kind of thing every day, and we required a fair amount of hand-holding until closing. Kim never pushed back and was happy to explain and advise all the way along.
