I showed up in Palm Desert with a bad fuel leak and found Palm Desert Automotive and Repair. They were 1 of 2 that actually responded to my voicemails. The other guy only responded to tell me that he did not work on diesels “Period”. Palm Desert got me in the next day which was a Thursday I told them I was hitting the road Saturday and that I needed my truck on Friday. I got a call Friday morning and I was told my truck was done. They could have soaked me but they didn’t. The bill was way less that I had anticipated. Honest people that got the job done on time. Thank you Palm Desert Automotive and Repair!

So glad I found this place! I have an Audi and no longer have Audi care. Audi was going to charge me $1500 for my next service and I decided I would find another place to get my car serviced. Palm Desert automotive did the job just as great as Audi and will definitely be coming back for my regular services and will be recommending to my fellow Audi friends. My 2014 Sentra’s check engine light came on. Car ran the same but I went to auto zone to have them read the code. The guy rolled his eyes and said there could be 10 or more things causing that code. I scheduled service at Palm Desert Automotive based on a recommendation from someone I trust in the auto industry. They fit me in and they diagnosed and repaired the issue at a very fair price. I’m very happy with the whole process. They definitely know what to do both with the car and with a new customer. Nice clean shop. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

Took my BMW X3 to have the sunroof fixed after my neighbor had highly recommended Carlos and this auto shop. Carlos performed a miracle and fixed it without having to take apart and replace the sunroof motor. He knew to update the software and it was fixed. I will be taking my X3 to Carlos from now on. Highly recommend Palm Desert Automotive, especially if you have a BMW that needs any repairs. Carlos is the best mechanic I have dealt with in a very long time. He knows cars.

Replace shocks struts. OEM PARTS. 2013 MB E550. Vary expensive, but a lot cheaper than MB Palm Springs.

After they put in a lot of time to diagnose and then fix my car, I'd like to be leaving a better review. However, upon getting in my car for the first time after bringing it home, I noticed a shallow scratch down the length of my car and another smaller one on the other side. These were not there when I dropped my car off, and were superficial enough that I didn't notice them until I got home. After multiple calls they have stopped responding, and have not done anything to resolve the issue. I even took the car in and they took photos of the scratches which made me think they would take some sort of action to remedy the situation. But I was wrong and they will no longer return my call.I am very disappointed that they've decided to shirk responsibility for damaging my car, even if superficially. If you decide to go here, check every inch of your car before you take it home so you don't have the same problem as I do.

Made an appointment. Waited to have my truck aligned. Within the time they promised I was on my way. Would definitely go there for repairs & alignments...
