Hi, I am an ex-employee here from o my sole. I received a huge amount of positive feedback from my customers. However, while working, I received numerous requests from customers to either get help from me or Berenice my ex-coworker. They did not want to work with the owner, due to pressure to buy or they felt overwhelmed or did not have a great experience with him. I always apologized to them for their experience. O my sole does have exclusive brands only and not many popular or more known brands. They sell shoes with arch, but some shoes do not have the best quality or fit. They also sell socks and Archie flip flops. The prices are high, and you have to look for shoes that do have a discount. Not all employees will know.

Found a wonderful shoe store in Palm Desert with a great sale! Terrific selection not found elsewhere. Bought two pair of ankle boots on sale. Very helpful young man taking care of my needs. Will be back in the future.

Purchased sandals for $160, found same shoe online for $65. Returned sandals the next day - because sandals cause numbness in right foot. ALL purchases non-refundable!!!?? Sad, terrible in this time of pure scams! Save yourself.

Yesterday while shopping for shoes we found a shoe store we had never been in before. From the.outside, it looked like a shoe store only for women. However, it turned out 80% of the shoes were for women, and the rest were men's shoes. We were very impressed with the quality of the shoes. The young lady did not pressure anyone, and did an excellent job describing the shoes we were looking at. I loved the unique men's shoes and decided I would come back when I need another pair of shoes. The girlfriend bought a pair of flip flops. They are the best flip flops I have ever seen, they even have a contored sole on them. And the price was just right. We checked prices on the computer later and they are priced at same price. A great store for both men and women.

I can’t believe this place is still in business! There are some interesting shoes in this shop, but there is something seriously wrong with the man who is always there managing/running customer service. My friend and I were just in the store this weekend for the 2nd time, just to see if he was still there. We both went in a few months ago and he was incredibly rude, getting the wrong size for my friend twice and insisting it was her size, then he stopped helping her and went into the back. We actually laughed it off, but there’s a serious problem there. This time (a few days ago) he just walked around the store mumbling something and didn’t help us at all. We left right away.

Nice store. I have never met such a rude person in a store in my life. Who hired this guy! Who supervises him! I would have bought a $210 pair of shoes because I loved them but he refused to help me. Brought one pair out. Handed them to me without saying a word and went back behind the counter. I would not go in there if I was you!!!

This was a horrible experience shopping at this shoe store. After 10 minutes the manager asked us to leave he was closing and it was 3:00pm. We left and walked back and saw he did not close the store.The owner should fire him. Look at other reviews - this is his MO. Don't waste your time.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I was in there with my elderly mother who was looking for shoes for her vacation and some comfortable shoes for her work. She tried one pair on and decided that that pair was the right fit. While she was still taking off her shoe she was trying on the manager, I assume, began to get short and rude and asked for the shoes back. He then kicked us out at 240pm and said he was closing. The store hours are until6pm, which I know is true because I have been in this store at 5pm before. My mother asked if he is really closing or just kicking us out? He was kicking us out because it appeared we weren’t going to buy anything. When I’m reality my mother was going to buy two sets of shoes but was not given enough time to look or try. This many is incredibly inpatient and extremely rude! My mother lives here in Palm Springs and we have heard stories of this happening at this store, but have never experienced it ourselves until now. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I was there with my daughter and mother today at around 330 pmand the man that appeared to be the manager was extremely rude. I had bit experience such rudeness in my life. While we were there he literally kicked out a customer that walked in while we were there and asked him yo leave because he was about to close. Hours state open until 6 and it was 330 pm. We were so shocked with what we experienced and because of that we decided not to buy anything from there. When I asked if he was closing he literally lied and stated yes and stated that if we weren’t going to buy anything we had to leave. At that time we had not stated that we weren’t buying anything but with that attitude we would be crazy to spend the time, energy and money in there. We went to another shoe shop a few doors down and after that had to pass o my doke shop in order to go out car and the doors were wide open therefore he lied about closing early. I recommend that no one patronize that shop at least until they send that rude employee for training in customer service or replace him with someone that will help the store thrive by offering the necessary level of care to its customers
