Of all the times I've shopped at this store, my experience has been average.I come away with a couple items. Mainly the same thing (air fresheners)... Nothing to ooh and ahh about. Buuuuuuut Miniso is the closest you'll find to a Sanrio in the valley with the nearest Sanrio being a couple hours away.Some things to note: Store is immaculately clean.Store is organized.Store is conveniently located.Staff is average.Pricing is average.Selection is on the meh side of things.

I went in to shop and the music was so loud the employees couldn't even hear me. I personally have sensitive ears and won't be going back to buy anything for fear my eardrums may burst. The genuinely feel sorry for the employees who have to be in there for hours, creating long term damage to their ears.

I went in today and service was so bad. When I got to the register the item priced as "on sale " didn't ring up as the sale price. The two girls at the register said they must of mistagged it or not on sale anymore and didn't take the sale sign down. They weren't sure. Come on girls! Instead of both being at the front doing nothing, take out the sale sign or fix the prices!" They said they couldn't honor the sale price. I asked to talk to the manager but in the mean time went to the back and got a different one off another rack with another sale price. I also took pictures of the items. When I got to the register, one girl was talking to supposedly her manager on the phone and so I got to talk to her and she would not give me her name. Really? That's bad customer service. Why would she be scared to give me her name if she knows she's right? It also turned out that the one I grabbed was not ringing up right either. Maybe they swapped them? How many other items are not priced right? Yes, I'm reporting them to corporate!

Super cute store that was well laid out and neat. Staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. Mostly squishies, but also beauty, household, and stationery.

The store itself is great, and the prices very fair, but I had a bad experience as I had planned my day to spend some time in the store. I checked Google and it said that it closed at 7pm. I got there at 6:15 with plenty of time to browse around and get something. At 6:30pm they closed the door, and got everyone out of the store. I told them that their posted closing time is 7:00pm and they replied that "they needed time for their closing process". If you actually are going to close doors at 6:30pm, then simply change the time in Google to that time, and do not inconvenience your customers. I had already planned to buy some stuff that I checked, and I simply had to leave empty handed, and without being able to check the rest of the store. Very disappointing. I went to other stores that also posted a 7:00pm closing time, and they all allowed people to be there actually until 7:00pm. I understand that maybe MINISO is not paying any extra time to their employees, but again is a simple as changing the time to be accurate in what they promise as a business.
