Mac’s mobile glass was incredibly convenient! Their technician showed up to OUR technicians job site! Replaced the windshield on the work truck and it came out amazing for an incredible price for a FORD OEM windshield. I would recommend MACS AUTO GLASS again and again JUST for their top notch customer service!!! Thank you for helping PB Mechanical Air Services!

I've called Mac's twice in the last nine years and both times the service has been worth a hundred stars. These folks are extremely professional, impeccably honest, and superb at what they do. The are also great and kind human beings who understand how upsetting it is when your window is cracked and you need it fixed as soon as possible. If only every other service industry in the valley were a tenth as great as Mac's, I could probably stop worrying about my blood pressure.

Mac’s auto glass was the company used by Palm Spring Subaru. They had to replace my windshield that was installed by Safelite last week. I’m pleased to say that Mac’s is the best by far. They were on time, very professional and they cared about their work. It’s so nice to work with people who take pride in their work. Mac’s is the only company I will use from now on. Thank you!! The two men who did the job are the best!! I will recommend Mac’s to everyone I know.

First off i had a glass removal and install most did not want to do or lacked confidence in being able to remove my rear glass with out chiping or cracking it.. Mac's mobile auto glass had no problems and had all the confidence i needed to get the job done.. made a appointment and literally from start to finish took 45 mins to remove and reinstall my glass.. these guys are top grade AAA Profesional and will be handling all and any of my glass work from now on.. price was perfect the workers were Profesional and friendly... i highly recommend

I contacted Mac's due to an issue I thought was related to a windshield installation they did last year. It turned out to be molding unrelated to the windshield install, it was part of the windshield pillar cover. Mac's service person (Tom) put Xtra effort in and installed the new windshield pillar covers for me. Conscientious, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent customer service from Mac's! They came out to replace my windshield a few months ago, they were prompt and easy to work with through my insurance company. I had a few questions about my windshield wipers making noise and another small issue today, and they sent the guys back out right away to make sure everything was ok. They didn't question me at all, and they put my mind at ease and explained a few things to me, too. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend it, but they only go mobile in the desert Hot Springs area. But they will meet you in a parking lot to do the work for you if you live in other areas

I scheduled a chip repair from the National chain that advertises a lot. It just seemed expensive, and I had to pay a "supplies repair" fee on top of the $119. If I wanted mobile service, that was an additional cost. I decided to check around and found Mac's. They came out the next day and did a great job repairing the glass... for $75! Great communication, service and supporting a local business is a win in my book!

They are truly amazing! On my last roadtrip, I had a rock hit my windshield at the bottom and it quickly cracked through over half my windshield. I called them and the lady who answered was so friendly and understanding. She provided me with a quote and set up an appointment for them to come out and replace the windshield. Upon arrival, turns out the type of windshield was wrong, due to a detail I was unaware of and thus failed to mention. I received a call about 15 minutes later saying she can order the correct one and try to get them to install it later in the afternoon. A bit after 1pm I get the call that they can swing by again. The installation was done in about half an hour. The guys were fun and talkative, and also pointed out some windshield maintenance things I should address. Their pricing is super competitive compared to others in the area (I know cuz I called around for quotes) and their service goes above and beyond!

Hi called Mac's after seeing good reviews on yelp. The lady that answered is Mac's wife and so nice. She set me up with a great replacement windshield for my son's ford escape. Mac and Thomas were on time the next morning. They did a great job, were professional and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and u have a choice of American or imported product. I would not hesitate to recommend this family owned company to friends and family.
