This Labcorp is poorly ran, we took our daughter for blood labwork and it took way to many attempts to her small arms to get her labwork done. It’s not an actual real lab corp office or building pediatric location as shown on Labcorp page. It’s a subsidiary 3rd party location working under lab corps name but it’s inside a Walgreens and they were walgreen/labcorp employees.

John had his bloodwork done by Jose. He is the best. Was great! Found a vein immediately which I appreciated! Thank you Jose!

Labcorp CLOSED in this location despite what Google maps says. Went to drop off a specimen and the receptionist told us it’s been closed for two months due to lack of staffing.

Check in process on scummy public screen that was glitchy. Super crowded with very little seating. The inside of the blood draw office was chaotic! There was an old man who used the restroom, but didn't know how to exit so he just stood over me (who knows what diseases he had), no body took the effort to walk him outside. There was a screaming baby, which I understand, but there was only ONE phlebotomist working and they were attending to me. They could have waited until I was done, like they do in their other locations. Worst of all was the skill set of the phlebotomist! I told her that my veins in my arms are hard to find and that I required a butterfly needle on the back of my hand. She ignored me and painfully inserted the needle. It was a very painful blood draw (which it should not be) before my vein exploded! OUCH! Very painful. She then got the butterfly and painfully injected the needle in my hand. Again, very painful. I have a huge bruise on my arm that hurts. I have a lot of experience with blood drawing and I have never in my life had a more painful and unsanitary experience. Don't go to Walgreens for LabCorp go to one of their other locations.

I had a good experience with labcorp with one exception, that in good conscience demanded I write a review to warn others. I was seen on time, treated with respect, my technician was kind, friendly and took my blood samples painlessly. Her coworker, a young woman was the polar opposite. In my presence she bad talked a patient. She complained bitterly that she needed a new job. I witnessed her letting the door slam on a patient as he stood in the entrance of the doorway. I informed her that the old gentleman was blind. She responded and told me he was not blind because he checked in using the computer system. I told the horrible young woman that the man asked me if he could borrow my eyes because he could not see, I am the one who checked him in. This is shameful behavior. I would never want this girl anywhere near me. She should quit this job that she hates asap and never work with the public.

Seriously Labcorp, get it together, please care about people's time more, it will make customers more happy and your staff more happy, please have a sense of urgency, please staff better, please communicate better to everyone waiting on their free time which we have so little of today.

Rude employee. He did not communicate how walk-ins work. Sign up sheet was a joke. Wasted 45 minutes waiting before we finally realized it could be hours longer. Everyone upset. We left. The computers for this mega corporation were down

This place is horrible they take forever to call you then when they do call you they say to sit there and wait and take your name off the check in board then completely forgot that you were supposed to be next especially while being 7 months pregnant haven't ate also waiting to go pee and they call every single other person that hasn't been waiting nearly as long as me worst lab corb experience ever and there so rude with the worst attitudes

I’ve been getting my blood drawn here for years with great satisfaction! Coincidentally it’s been Carlos who always does it and have never had anything but professional and efficient service! They used to have their own office just down the street that was more patient friendly as far as seating and staff but the employees are awesome. Just like when you go to the dmv(all lower case because we all know that bites) you have to be patient and wait with all the other peasants! The biggest help I use is their appointment option which works just fine.
