I emailed Impression for a screen printing quote. They were so responsive and helpful. The quote seemed very fair in comparison to other quotes and I know they do quality work from the uniforms and embroidery work I have done with them in the past. We ended up deciding not to have the t-shirts produced for other reasons, but if I ever needed future screen printing I will definitely go here.

Top Notch: As a business owner myself, i know the value of great service and good communication. Impression design nailed both. I asked for them to embroider an odd object for an award for one of our agents. After first checking to make sure they could they gave me a great quote and a short tur-around. Super pleased will repeat business there for sure. Give them a shot

Mike helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We worked closely with him on the design for our shirts and he always made it clear on the dimensions of how it would appear as a screen printed item. We also had some embroidery work done. Everything looks great! We'll be putting another order in when the time comes!

For the lack of 0 starts option.... I have ordered my daughter's uniform jackets on September 3, as of today, (December 11th), I haven't received them. I am trying my hardest to be understanding of the whole supply-demand issue, but I think this timeframe is completely unacceptable at this point. It seems to me that unless you are a big company/institution, you cannot rely on any reasonable service with this company. As per other parents, complaining about this issue gets you banned from their services. in other words, unless you are a big institution/company customer, don't bother using their services.

I'm not a big reviewer but I thought I would save others time by not going here. I went here to get my sons name put on his school uniform and the customer service was horrible. The employee kept trying to talk me out of getting the work done there; like the turn-around time is 2-3 weeks. When I said that was totally ok, she came up with another reason). I finally told her I understood she didn't want to help me and left. Is customer service extinct?

I can't say enough positive comments about the Impression Design Group. From the minute I entered their door until they completed my project, it was a very pleasant and professional experience. I went there needing help with a design, staying on a budget, and had many questions. Mike was always there and available and the gentleman who did the printing gave me suggestions on how to make it work and look better. They finished my order early and I am thoroughly pleased with how it turned out and so is my committee. Whew! I recommend this company highly and would definitely use them again. Georgia K.

Mike and his crew came through when we were in a very tight deadline with a print for our shirts and saved what could have been a very disappointing turn of events. Our last print job seriously failed to come up with what we wanted and Impression Design not only nailed the vibrance and timeline but they came in under budget!! There is something to be said for Mike and his team, they are some of the easiest and friendliest people to work with. I will absolutely come to Impression Design for ALL of my print needs in the future. - I had to post a pic of the failed Tshirt (changed our colors and design) next to Impression's just to show how nice of a job they did related to the competition. ALL of the shirts were gleefully taken within an hour and a half of the start of the event. Thanks again Mike - Huge success!
