ordered a customized jersey on march 9, its may 27 now so its been about 3 months. my last name has 3 letters so it should have been finished a long time ago. ive driven by 3 times and they still havent worked on it, why?

Nathaniel was so helpful today! Was trying to purchase a particular Firebirds Baseball Cap at the kiosk outside of the ticketed area. They did not have that particular cap at the kiosk outside. Nathaniel ended up going to the main store inside to pickup the specific cap-- above and beyond-- All this before my flight back to Canada! Thanks so much--! GO Firebirds!!???

Firebirds are cool.
Customer service is cool.
However, prices exclude Firebird fans who aren’t rich from the joy of representing their hometown’s newest team; sports teams should build their fanbase via inclusion - not exclusion like Versace or Hermes. Just distasteful and disappointing for a team representing a diverse population from farmers to billionaires to blatantly cater to the latter.

What a joke.... Is this store even affiliated with the Firebirds? There are more choices at the arena. There were no jersey's, very few choices in the shirts, andonly 2 sizes in the hats. They didn't even have 1 Kraken shirt.The only cool thing was the model of Acrisure Arena.

Kind of a weird store. No sweatshirts, no jerseys (unless you want to customize one). Really poor selection of items. Better off just buying something at the arena when you go see a game. I don’t see how this store will last very long, especially in El Paseo. Just bizarre. Feels like a knock off place not affiliated with the team.

Customer service sucked. No greeting, no help, and seemed bothered and annoyed. I’d rather purchase from the area.

At about noon on Wednesday April 5th we walked into an empty store as far as customers go.The sales rep was on the phone with a customer. Once she got off the phone no greeting, no “let me know if you need help finding anything” she was very short with us when we asked about kid merchandise, and just seemed rude and annoyed overall and not customer friendly at all. We decided to take our business to the stadium tonight with hopefully someone a little more customer oriented. Don’t understand the lack of service it’s not like she was swamped with customers in the store.
