Had them install coil overs and upper control arms on my ‘21 4Runner to lift and level it out. Super clean install and alignment was perfect. All around great job. Very professional and done in the time quoted. So glad I chose them. Definitely would recommend them.

My experience with Desert Car Medics, specifically with Frank, was nothing short of remarkable. I found myself in a pinch when the check engine light on my Maserati Levante ominously lit up, just as I was preparing to head home after a brief stay in town. Frank did an excellent job repairing my car's Range Rover engine oil leak. The price offered was also very reasonable.They were very friendly and I was satisfied with the service.I will visit again. I think that repairing any European cars here is much better than at a dealership.

Frank and his team went over and above for me yesterday! My battery died over the summer while garaged and Frank and his son came to my house with a new battery and air pressure for my tires! They drove it to the shop and have it the once over with an oil change and new filters. I finally feel like I have a good solid mechanic to help me care for my fun desert ride! So recently I personally replaced my radiator fan in my Mercedes Benz during the installation I had to disconnect the radiator hoses, when I re inserted them for some reason I was getting coolant movement , after eliminating what I thought the issues may be I figured it was a air bubble in the system some where. I took it to my friends at desert car medics. This being my 3rd visit with two front shocks and an alternator replacement I new I was in good hands. The issue ended up being a defective coolant reservoir cap. This is why I can not stress enough IF YOU GOING ANY WHERE BUT DESERT CAR MEDICS, your paying way to much. First off your treated like a person spending hard earned money, not a customer that is in desperate need and willing to spend anything. They listen to what you have to say and don't act like they know so much more than you and 6ou should just say silent and pay the outrageous bill. Very impressive people to deal with. Swing by and talk to Perfecto (office manager) or Frank (owner). This I assure you will set your mind at ease and you'll know both you and your car are in good hands. I was charged $30, no diagnostics fee, no minimum fee just 30 bucks, I was thrilled, thrilled to know I have finally found my mechanic. Thanks to my friends at car medics. I look forward to doing business with you again but than again let's hope not to soon.

Pleasant surprise, thought customer service was long forgotten in the car mechanics world but when I arrived (my first visit) and had to replace the alternator in my c class Mercedes I was made to feel like what I had to say mattered. In most places your made to feel inferior like you don't know anything and for some reason this is most frustrating so in my case I simply don't say anything cause I get upset. This was not the case with Frank (owner) and Perfecto ( office manager) I was able to make suggestions and the work was excellent. I made a unscheduled visit and my car was actually ready owner had to pick up his kids from work not knowing of my arrival. Got a call a few minutes later apologizing, most impressive if you ask me. This being my second visit I had to replace my shocks again in the Mercedes I was in and out of the office in less than five minutes with a price and a time to drop the vehicle, let me add that I did get other estimates one from discount tire on wahington and another from a large shop that was a whopping $450 more. It felt good knowing I didn't over pay at car medics. I feel as if I have my own personal mechanic. If you already have this and feel comfortable going where you go, great. If your looking for a pleasant experience and don't want to pay an arm and a leg drop by car medics, I assure you you'll be happy you did. I most certainly am. Thank a bunch frank and Perfecto, if I have anymore issues I'll see you guys again. Hopefully not to soon.. lol

I had Unplugged Performance suspension springs (mild version) installed on my TESLA here by Frank and the team. They did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier with the work. The ride is softer than the stock springs while handling is improved. We took a ride up to Idyllwild to test it out. I shopped around prior to coming here and this is the only place in the valley that will work on Tesla’s. They are an authorized Unplugged Performance installer. I highly recommend.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Frank and his team have been a godsend for myself and my wife and our two Mercedes. After several less than ideal interactions with another local auto house we found Frank and his crew and now couldn’t be happier fact is I’m leaving this now as I was prepared to call him about a service I need to have done before going north at the end of the month highly recommended
