I lost my credit card at home. The tellers cannot look up the account for me to make a payment on it no matter how much ID or SS# you have. They will not take cash payments. These hours make it so hard to get to the bank to get no where. Avoid banking with this bank. You have to fight to pay them.

Worst Bank Ever!!! It is hard to make a payment on my own account. They can't look up anything with my current ID and SS#. I am fighting with them to pay my Credit Card which I will no longer use. They will not take cash to pay on my own account.

I am writing this review for William Zwierankin (Branch Manager/Vice President) at the Citibank branch in Palm Desert, CA.About four years ago, someone tried to hack my account. Since I am living outside of county, it was hard for me to handle the situation right away. Especially, as it happened when the pandemic occurred. As a loyal customer who has been with Citibank more than 20 years, I was disappointed when citibank didn’t give me the help I need. After so many phone calls, hours and hours waiting and asked for helps, none of them could really help me. My phone calls were just being transferred one to the other. It was quite frustrating. However, this time I got a chance to fly back to Palm Spring to deal with my bank situation. William Zwierankin (Branch Manager/Vice President) at Palm Desert branch helped me more than anyone from Citibank in the past few years. I went there 3 days. He was not only being professional but also patient. This is the sort of service I really appreciate.Although It is his job to help his customers, he went above and beyond to resolve my situation.I hope CITIBANK realizes how lucky they are to have a person like William on their team.

Not a customer oriented bank. They say their client obsessed, but that's BS. I would go to Bank of America.

I read a bunch of reviews for what a nightmare this place was, and I had to go in for a simple deposit. It was a very large deposit and it was for my sister's account so I knew I could have problems..and just the opposite, the teller I had was AMAZING. She was so nice and friendly and I was done and out the door in like 90 seconds.. thank you very much.. so pleased with your service.

Best service I ever had in Banking. First the Tellers Nathaulia and Laura then by the Branch Manager Bill.

I cancelled my account when i moved out of state, realizing there was no Citibank in my new state. After cancelling, I was hit with fee's that ate up the small amount I left over. I was sent an overdraw amount 3 months later for $2.10. After calling and calling I received another over withdrawal for bank fees incurred of $40 additional dollars. I have been on hold and disconnected after hours of trying to get out of this bank. Help!

I wanted to like this bank, really I did. But I would give this bank ZERO stars if I could. I decided to open an account there last June because they offered a promotion I was eligible for, and instead of keeping business with Chase or Wells Fargo, I decided to give Citi Bank a chance. Staff was nice at first but upon opening the account I made sure to clarify all my benefits including the promotion with the Branch Manager. He clarified I was eligible for the promotion that lured me to opening my savings account with them & even told me when to expect my bonus if I kept within the terms, which I did. I then came back several times around the time I was told this bonus would just "deposit" and spoke with several bank tellers & the same Branch Manager again. They all told me I was eligible & "should see the deposit soon." Few weeks later I received a letter in the mail from Citi Bank saying " I wasn't in guidelines so I'm ineligible for my bonus" So tell me this... If I was " Ineligible" why did not one but 3 of your employees tell me I was eligible, including your Branch Manager who signed me up himself & assured me I was within guidelines. This branch needs to figure out why they lied to a customer who gave them business and learn to not scam or lie to their customers. I truly feel taken advantage of & deceived. This promotion only seems to lure customers without context but the tellers & Branch Manager have no clue what they are doing or what's worst don't seem to care. I am truly disappointed & mad that I wasted my time & money on this branch who doesn't seem to care about their customers. I would love to hear back from someone from this branch to resolve this matter, thank you.
