The Manager and the staff don’t know how to handle any kind of problem. They say they have not been trained fit that and have to engage with customer service just as you to the client would. I have been in to resolve a very simple matter on a savings account and it’s been 20 days since thus nightmare began and still and still remains unsolved. The manager has not made an effort to contact me for any type of an update. I have already gone in 3 times to meet with him and we left it las Friday that he would contact me after he would get to the bottom of this problem. It’s Tuesday of the following week, ai called yesterday, he was sick do I called again today first thing and he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed. The worst part is that they won’t give a phone number or any type of contact to a higher up to get the matter concluded. It’s a total disgrace. I have been a customer for more than 20 years and there is definitely no loyal customer appreciation. I get the feeling by their actions that they would be relieved if I closed my accounts so that they wouldn’t have to deal with a customer experiencing a problem that THEY created and have no clue or desire to rectify. This is sadly a terrible bank.

I opened up a joint account , & for whatever reason months later they couldn’t verify my social , it was a mistake on their end since I provided all the necessary info when I opened up my account. I went in to fill out a form needed to verify , & it was not processed on time which resulted in them closing my account. I had to go in multiple times see what was going on. They didn’t take accountability & I haven’t received the check with my balance . I will not be reopening an account with them!

I've been with Chase bank for a few years now and any and every time I've need to take care of a situation with my account the service was phenomenal each and every time. The staff is friendly,helpful plus you're treated as an individual not just another client.

Was patiently in line to get 3 cashiers checks. After 10 minutes in line, it was my turn. They tried do authenticate me with my debit card and my pin wasn't working. I had pinned it at this exact window a month ago. After it was declined two times I simply asked if I can Re-Pin it since she had my drivers license. She stated that after my cashiers checks I can have a seat in the lobby and another banker could help me since she had a line of 3 people behind me. I explained that I had Re pinned it here the last time with a longer line of people behind me. I don't understand how I patiently wait in line and when it's my turn I can't have my situation handled, I don't understand how I go from waiting in one line to having to wait in another line just for a 2 minutes process on their teller station to be able to repin and get 3 simple cashiers checks. Thank you Paulette for making me feel like my transaction was rocket science! Thank you Chase, I'll still bank here but I'm putting you on blast!

The Chase on hwy 111 LACKS On being Professional .!!!!!! They lack on customer service . The fact that An "Employee " thru a pen at me and Try to yell out my Account number out loud and give attitude is Not Funny. Made me feel Stupid and Worthless like it's my first time on that location and u Treating me like this is not ok .

Had a fraud alert on my debit card went in to see a banker have my card replaced was told to call a 800 # have to wait two weeks to receive replacement card through the mail, pretty inconsiderate to Thier customer service needs

Bad customer service and very unprofessional teller….Pauline I think is her name. She treats you like she’s doing you a favor in helping you. She can be very unprofessional. She has been nice, but I guess it depends whether she has taken her meds or not!

Customer service at this location is terrible. The representative opening my account misspelled my name and I had to miss work to go in to correct the mistake. She blamed me for the mistake because I should have reviewed the information more throughly (even though she had multiple documents with my legal name on it in front of her).Ok fair enough. Upon coming in to sign for the correction, she was with clients during my scheduled appointment time, and came to address me by saying “YOU said 1pm” not a hello or apology at all. When she gave me the document to sign she asked me to review it. Upon review I noticed she had SOMEONE ELSES DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER on my “corrected” paperwork! She fixed the mistake after me pointing it out. They also did not give me my bonus for opening an account, due to miscommunication on their part (even though all components for the bonus were satisfied and met). Super disappointing especially with all of these other mistakes they have made! Above all else, the manager has missed 2 appointments with me to address these errors. He has not acknowledged nor addressed any of this with me. According to the representative that scheduled me with him, he is “too busy” and I should speak to corporate. I highly DO NOT recommend this location if you do not want your time wasted and you want your information to be safe and correct. Exposing other client information should be taken seriously and being observant and correct when dealing with peoples financial accounts and information is completely necessary. No one wants to go to a bank and feel their finances and information are not protected.Update: The manager is now assisting me with restoring my account.
