ATM eats $3000 deposit for an entire week - bouncing automatic payments causing late fees which chase refuses to fully reimburse for. Sounds like theft in my opinion.

I walked in and the place looked very nice. I was there with my boyfriend who was the one who was looking to speak with someone. I sat down in some chairs nearby and maybe two minutes in I was asked if I needed any help. Very welcoming people and nice place!

I just called this branch 5 times and it seems impossible to speak with anyone or even leave a message.... I was going to renew some CDs that are coming due but now I will just go elsewhere

Tho is the best bank rep I've ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and very patient about our banking needs. He helped us open business bank accounts and answered numerous questions. Highly recommend!

My review is for the corporate office. My situation is such that I paid my mortgage with online bill pay on the 31st of the previous month. On the 27th of the next month I get a call from the collection department from Flagstar bank my mortgage holder. The said they didn’t receive my check. I go on line and provide the proof of payment. While waiting for a response I received a credit to my account for the same amount as my mortgage. I call chase online banking and they tell me the check was undeliverable. What!! She has no idea what to do so I speak with a supervisor who’s gonna investigate it and get back to me. Well to this day several months later she still has not gotten back to me. I open a case with flagstar bank and their office of the president and they granted me two extra weeks before they would report to the credit bureau. Flagstar was fantastic. Chase on the other hand was a 1/10. Service was absolutely horrific. They told me there was a glitche. I decided to call a district Manager for my location and he to talked me in circles. I have been debarred from talking to the president’s office. Can you believe that I have 12 names of people I spoke with including the president’s office. District manager d branch manager and combined no answer. There were lies from on line banking as well. That being said it’s time to go after 40 Flippin Years I have decided this is the straw that broke the camels back.

Chase bank took me off an account either on purpose or due to incompetent staff, and really didn't apologize or the employee that did it left the next week for a new job. Bank didn't feel bad about their gross mistake.

Very poor customer service and knowledge of the issues with card replacement. Additionally they do not answer the phone in this office. You can hear it ring and no one will pick up. Try this while standing in the bank and you will see exactly how irresponsible this group is.

Terrible customer service. I cringe every time I have to go into this branch. There is always one teller open that is super slow and a line of customers. The tellers are all rude and have no people skills. Then to top it off, there's a bunch of bank employees in their offices never willing to help the line.

This branch takes forever every single time I have to go in for my work. The workers are beyond rude to customers and they walk away from the teller windows to go and gossip, leaving customers standing there waiting for them to come back and finish the transaction. You’re better off going to the chase near Washington street.

Chase branch I'm impressed by the beautiful decor and the friendly staff
