Keith was great. I was from out of town and had damage to my hatch. Keith took the time to confirm my latch was not compromised so we could make our trip back to Illinois. He also gave me a verbal estimate, knowing we would get it fixed after we return home. It was humorous that my last name is the same as Ben and Brett.

These were very professional and kept me informed of the status of my car's progress. When I had to take it back for a little touch up, they were very informative and quick to get the job done.
