My husband and I love the people at this location we have always been treated with respect and they are so friendly, they take care of our transactions as quickly as possible with a smile. Yes there are some days that are busy and there's a wait, but it's like that everywhere now a days.

This place is by far the worst bank and customer service I have ever seen. I had to show my ID to get my credit card to work and the lady puts me on the phone walks out to get some code they need for the lady on the phone doesn't come back for 15 minutes so I go and get her and she is gossiping with the girls at the windows and she comes back gives the lady the code and finds out it's expired. She then has to go back get another code and finally it works. She walks out leaving me on the phone and I tell her thank you and she says nothing and walks out. This is why I don't bank with bofa. This is why I am with Wells fargo and capital one.... if you don't like your job then quit...

Well, I am another one of those people that would give this branch a 0 if that were possible. I have been avoiding this branch for 2 years because of similar experiences described in the posts here. Even though I drive right by it weekly, I have traveled three times as far to another branch. Yesterday, I thought I would give it another try--still pathetic. Only one teller, even though 2 other employees were roaming around (but not serving other types of customers in anyway). The poor single teller was trying to deal with a guy who brought in giant stacks of bills and was trying to explain he would have to fill out a form, etc etc. As I watched this scenario drag on for 10 minutes and no other employee would provide teller service, I walked out. How can employees be so non-customer oriented and still be employed? Amazing and like I said, pathetic

I went to use the atm and after walking around the building I only saw the drive up atm. Turns out the walk up atm is inside, no signs which would have been nice

I just received an email from
[email protected], the Financial Center Manger thanking me for being a VALUED client and offering banking appointments at the 39355 Washington St location. That's good. I followed the links to the appointment calendar, selected the 39355 Washington St location, clicked on a date and received a message that there were no appointment available on that day. Tried another day a few days out: Same result. And another day more days out: Same result. And another day a few weeks out, a few months out, a year out: Same result. It's like Heather sent me an email inviting me to see how poorly equipped Bank of America is to do business with a VALUED client.

Having at one point in time been one of very many vice presidents employed by the late, great B of A I feel qualified to review the service, or lack of there of, at this branch. But, then I thought no one really goes to B of A for good service, they only go because there were no other options. Recalling my response when asked why I did not desire a "free" employee checking account sums it up succinctly. "Because", I said. "I've already had one. No thank you please." AVOID.

I gave one start because she is bad service and then she said she is the manager of that branch (her name is Linda) I ready called headquarter and then report what is happening to her and the policy of BOA. they said she is not right the policy not tell the manager do same thing like it.by the way I big recommendation send she go to the class again and train her the best if your bank do not want to lose customer.thanks

First, and LAST time coming to this branch. Needed a check endorsed, and was told by a manager at the regional branch in Brea that if I came here, it would be taken care of quickly, instead of overnighting to the regional branch. What I got when I went in was an older woman, who obviously knows nothing about endorsing checks, and when I gave her the number of the manager at the regional office to call, she refused. I suggest this branch train their employees here better on the ins and outs of banking and how to effectively communicate with customers.
