Would never recommend an insurance company that declines necessary repairs and uses lamest excuses such as storage sheds being debris. Especially in a county where you could throw a pebble and find so many houses with Storage sheds and more in their yard. Especially broken vehicles and other garbage thrown everywhere

Couldn't be happier with Ascend Insurance. Anyone living in California knows what has happened with the Insurance industry and how few options there are. I switched to Ascend when my Insurance broker pretty much gave up and said it is what it is. Dennis went to work and found a policy for half the price I would have had to pay. I highly recommend Ascend Insurance!

I was dealing with a large National Insurance company for 12 years and never had any contact with their agent. I've been dealing with Dennis at Ascend Insurance Agency for the last 5 months and have turned both my auto and property insurance over to him. He is very quick to respond and has been very helpful. After moving to Palm Desert, California, I decided to bundle my insurance policies. While searching for the right place to go, a friend recommended the Ascend agency. Dennis, the president of Ascend, personally took care of my needs. He even climbed up to my roof and took pictures -- talk about friendly service. To top it all off, I got better coverage and still saved money thanks to Ascend Insurance Agency.
