The owners lack ethics in our experience. Jeff, the owner, demonstrated an adjustable base in his showroom, which he said was the same as the bases in two boxes that had arrived on the same day. The base was very much what we were looking for as far as its vibration capabilities. However, when we brought the two boxed California King split bases home and set them up, the motor on at least one base was extremely loud, like a helicopter, unlike that of the demo bed base in the showroom. Even with my earplugs in, I couldn't sleep, due to the noisy vibration. Not only that, the vibration for the feet only extended all the way up into the head area, shaking my head. We wanted Jeff to see this and refund us the $1,500 that we had paid. But he would only accept the bases back with a 50% restocking fee penalty, which we felt was ridiculous. (What reputable business charges a 50% restocking fee?) He wasn't willing to even entertain the possibility that at least one of the bases was defective. He then reduced his restocking fee to 33%, which we, again, felt was exorbitant. We eventually settled on a 20% restocking fee, which, again, we felt was unfair under the circumstances. The bases had been reboxed exactly as they were when we took them, and if, indeed, the base had a problem with the vibration mode, Jeff should have taken that up with his supplier. He should not have penalized us. Therefore, we cannot recommend this business.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and quick to assist troubleshooting an adjustable bed we recently purchased at auction. Remote arrived a few days later and the bed works again!!

My control box on my adjustable bed was no longer working or lighting up. Called Adjustable Bed Mart and they returned my call the same day. I ordered a new control box and received it within a week.Once installed I was still having problems and sent an email (on a Sunday) explaining the issue and asking if they could provide me with any advice as to what to do next.Within a 1/2 hr I received a phone call (on a Sunday) from a very nice gentleman from Adjustable Bed Mart and they walked me through how to verify that the child safety was not activated and that's all it took to pair the remote and control box.Thank you so much!Paulette

Very disappointed and I feel very taken advantage of. I placed an order for plastic hinges for my position bed by contacting Jeff Alley and he told me that the plastic hinges are discontinued and that the ones he has in stock are the metal ones, place the order of 4 hinges at $ 10 each and when I received the package what I received were metal hinges for doors. I decided to visit home depot and I found the same hinge at $ 4 each, I contacted the company to explain that the product I received was not the one that was agreed upon and that I was requesting a refund since I felt cheated and scammed, their response was that in its return policy I have to pay the shipping again, which would be $ 16. I did not agree and the communication could not be completed since this person hooked me on the phone and did not answer my calls. I recommend that you verify that the product you buy is the one that you offer so that you do not waste your money. From my experience they do not offer good customer service

My adjustable bed motor had broken a push block and they had a replacement available. It arrived with instructions to be careful after installation to make sure the block extends when pressing up on the remote and contracts for down. If reversed then switch the wire connections on the circuit board. My new block was reverse of the original and the leads are easily switched as they are just plugs and not soldered connections. After 2nd test the block was moving in the correct direction. My bed is now working perfectly. Thank you Adjustable Bed Mart!

My wife and I have an old CraftMatic adjustable bed over 20 years old. A couple of years ago my side went THUNK and my head when crashing down to level. I soon discovered that the mounting wings cast into the motor end of one of the four linear actuators had broken clean off. After some intensive Googling, I found Jeff at Adjustable Bed Mart. He was, as far as I could determine, the only person in the country who would sell replacement 110v motors that could replace the originals on these beds. His were Chinese made. out of Canada, but seemed to be of great quality with much stronger mounts than the original German-made motors. I had to swap out the electrical connector (keeping the old one, having cut it off the defunct motor) and wired it up red-red, black-black, white-white, and green (old) to green/yellow (new). It worked great, and still is working well. SO . . . last week when my wife's side went THUNK I knew just what to do. Jeff had some excellent USED motors, and mine was delivered less than a day after I PayPal'ed him a very modest price. Again with the snip-snip, a little bolting, and my wife is happy again. I'm not sure I'm keeping this bed base forever, but when I'm shopping for a replacement, then Adjustable Bed Mart will be my first stop.

I am so sorry that I went to this store as I feel like I didn't have all the options. I like a firm bed and he had only two beds to choose from in the small office. I asked about the Ultrafirm Latex and he said nobody ever buys that one. I had been waiting to make this purchase of a lifetime so against my better judgment I bought the Extra Firm. It is a bit too soft and he wouldn't let me return it two days later.Had I known about the Burbank store and the store manager Kane I would have driven, walked, or hitchhiked to see this man who was willing to bring all the mattresses down if I didn't come up, and let me choose at my door. A lesson well learned.Don't settle for a limited choice. Your body and your sleep is unique to you.Go see this man or he will bring his beds to you. This is the real deal! Amazing owner and the beds are the best in the industry. Jeff is honest, sincere and someone I feel comfortable working with for the rest of our families life. I went by this store and was not surprised to see it is out of business. The lady that worked there was unprofessional and kind of rude. Maybe got her on a bad day? I get the impression she's just that way all the time. Make the sale mentality.

Jeff went above and beyond to help me fix my 88 yr old Mom's adjustable bed. I was freaking out......we were cleaning under the bed and the head got stuck up. I got lucky found this company....Adjustable Bed Mart in Palm Desert. He knew exactly which bed I had. Amazing. This is a Simmons bed was made in 1997......Jeff walked me through what to do. I would buy my parts from him if I need them in the future....and we have two of these beds so I probably will. Thank you Sir for the assist, and for answering your phone on a Sunday. You are Number One!
