The best chicharron in the Watsonville area, made fresh through out the day, once. The aroma that fills this small market is incredible, they also sell many household items imported from mexico, tortilla presses, molcajetes, hats, yarn, comales etc.

I've only been here once but it was awesome! My regular spot in watsonville was closed so a buddy took me here, yes! It's a small place with just a few tables but the food is excellent. I had the carne asada enchilada's and they were great! The carne asada was cooked in a tasty sauce, wrapped in corn tortillas, smothered with a home made mole sauce, topped with cheese, broiled to molten perfection! I had just rice (no beans) and they put a little salad in the plate for fun. The rice was exceptional and had some peas mixed in, unusual but delicious! Chips and salsa came with our meal and they were great too. The salsa was just the right heat, made me sweat! I'm not in watsonville often but this place is on my kick a** Mexican eats list from now on! Give'em a try!

I was traveling by and I decided to stop by this city to check it out and also from my experience small cities have the best food. When I parked, I started looking for a place to eat and then I found this Mexican food restaurant. At first I had trouble physically finding it, but then I asked someone and they pointed me to a door. I would never guess that this restaurant was there. When I walked it I felt this cozy atmosphere there. Then i sat my self at the table. Then in about thirty second a weighters came up to me. She had a patience to explain to me what's good they have on the menu. So I ordered 4 small tacos and a torta with drink. Those tacos were delicious one of the good ones. Then later on they brought me a torta. The bread was crispy, there was a lot of beef inside and it also came with a side of the French fries. I haven't regretted that I went to dine here everything was amazing. Employees were nice. Got a good service and good food I would highly reccomend visit this place if you gonna be there in town

This place is awesome! So fresh so delicious. I usually get shrimp enchiladas or tostada. You've also got to try the empanadas cheesy crispy and yum The salsa is excellent and the right level of spicy. Don't miss this spot. You'll be hooked if you do come here so be careful!!! Of the tortillas are handmade buttery goodness. Melt in your mouth amazing.

Food never disappoints but service always lacks. Ladies don't seem to be all about food service. I will continue to go back only because the food is good. Only place in town where you can get huge handmade tortillas. THEYRE AMAZING

I WOULD NEVER eat here again.... actually I didn't even really eat here because I was so disgusted after finding couple of hairs in my plate. My sister was bragging that this place was good but after she found hairs in her plate too she said they was the last time she would be there. Do not eat here!!

Place could use some remodeling/updating both corn and flour tortillas are handmade food is ok and plates are big nothing special just a regular mexican place...
