It is 10 AM. Time for teller break. This is not acceptable in terms of service. One teller 3 in line and no one giving a F****

The worst bank that is open today in the society. They do not have your back. Any fraud that happens to your account they will decline it. Your money is not safe in this bank.

I wanted to open an account so I tried to call ahead to ask a quick question. Someone answered and when I asked the question she didn't even listen and put me on hold. She never got back to me. I guess they don't need my business.

Horrible customer service with playing games with new customer also, hiding policy and roles.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for a few years now. Never had an issue until last week when I deposited a cashiers check from a bank in Westwood. The manager Olivia Biro told me she had to put a hold on it for 10 days, I asked "why." She told me because the bank (which was local) was small, she had to make sure proceeds were released. I asked her if she could expedite the hold and free up the money any sooner. She told me she would contact the other bank and asked that I send her an email 2 days later and she would confirm the release of funds. After all, a cashiers check should be released immediately. 2 days later, I sent her an email and I got an auto response from her saying she would be out for the next two weeks. Why would A MANAGER who knows she would be out of the bank for 2 weeks ask me to get back to her in two days when she knew she would be out on vacation? I've since called Wells Fargo 4 times. Spoke with another manager named Kate. I explained my situation to her, and she said she would call the other bank to confirm the release of funds. Kate never called me back. I called Wells Fargo first thing the next day and asked to speak with Kate. After being on hold for a few minutes, I was told she would be in meetings all day. The person who then said he'd help me was a gentleman named Victor. Although he did call me back around 6 hours later, he told me he couldn't get anything done. I called my friend who gave me the cashiers check and asked him to call his bank and to get approval that cashiers check was in fact released on their end. I called Wells Fargo AGAIN, asked to speak with Kate. Was told she was available and put on hold for a couple minutes. After 3 or 4 minutes someone picked up the phone and said "Kate will be just another minute." A couple minutes later Victor picked up the phone and said Kate was now unavailable. (This was after I gave them my name and explained the reason for calling). Victor asked if he could help me. I explained everything all over to him and expressed my disappointment. I gave home the phone number of the bank where the cashiers check was issued in Westwood along with the person of contact. 5 days later, money is still on hold and nobody bothered to call me back. I've spent at least 2 hours calling Wells Fargo and money is still on hold. During these trying times, I would expect a bank like Wells Fargo to make a better attempt to free up my money rather then sticking their heads in the sand like an ostrich.

Great staff, very nice and the manager Olivia Biro is courteous and simply a great person and I hope Wells Fargo lets her know that people like her make everyday just a little bit better.

Racially profiled for doing a bank run for my job. Asked me for two forms of ID and I always do the deposits for the company, but the day i go get petty cash the clerk wouldn't allow it I called my supervisor to ask if they've ever asked him for ID when he did the bank run and if he had an account with them and he said no to both questions. Why as a black woman, was I racially profiled by another minority. Sad WF!

The tellers here are not totally trained. Their supervisor handles critiques of service badly; like he is too stunned to do or say anything. I was told there would be no fee to give me cash and charge it to my credit card because a replacement debit card has never found my mailbox. But the fee hit my credit card. And now Wells Fargo will not credit my visa.

Almost everyone at this branch is helpful and very pleasant, including the always smiling parking attendant. (Though he will make you repark between the lines ) Unfortunately the terrible attitude and incorrect information dispensed by the red head female has ruined my experience. ***UPDATE: I was impressed that Lina (the woman mentioned above) approached me at the branch today and apologized for any miscommunication with a pleasant and cheerful approach. Thanks Lina, I look forward to building a better relationship. And hope to continue getting good service from this branch. Upping my review now to four stars. And I always appreciate conflict resolution.
