This branch is a disaster.No customer service.Nobody assists you if you have problem.It used to be a good bank.Customer service was great before,now, this is bank is run by bunch of none sense people who don't care.I have and had complained but nobody even bothers to correct it.

Where is the time you could just walk into a Chase branch and get basic service? You can't keep using the pandemic as an argument for having 10 desks but zero bankers to help someone simply open a new account for his senior mother. In one day I went to 5 Chase branches and not 1 branch, including this one, that would help a good old walk-in. They simply sent me, a Chase Private client with a pretty high cash balance, back home.How many empty desks do your branches need to get to until your CEO has the year-end bonus he wants? After 15 years of banking with Chase, I'll move all my assets elsewhere. My money is worth more than this.

If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. I just found out that Chase is the largest funder of fossil fuel projects. As a Chase customer, finding out that my money is funding deadly fossil fuel projects is infuriating. I will be cutting up my Chase card and taking my money elsewhere! Chase is the worst bank ever!! I just read that JP Morgan Chase has funded over $196 billion dollars to the fossil fuel industry since the Paris Agreement. This is simply unacceptable. We need to be divesting from all fossil fuels, not funding new fossil fuel projects. I am never going to this bank again!! Chase is the biggest funder of the fossil fuel industry. We are in a Climate Emergency, and I will not accept my money being used to fund the industry that is fueling climate change. I am taking all of my money out of this bank.

Lately when I come into the branch, there is one teller and all these extra bankers in there cubicles with a line of customers.

This is the second time I've tried to open an account with chase, both times they have frozen and then shut down my account FOR NO GOOD REASON. This time they wouldn't even GIVE me a reason. Worst bank ever, absolutely do not recommend. The first check I deposited they accused me of check fraud and even after I had my employer call and verify the check THEY STILL SHUT MY ACCOUNT DOWN. I have NEVER had such poor customer service, I've never even left a bad review for a business but this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm infuriated.

All bank branches in the Pacific Palisades tend to be very friendly and professional. It ... ahem....used to be a "small community" and let's hope the businesses keep that small community feel. I have always had success and great customer service at the Palisades Chase Bank. Both on the phone with various employees and in person several times with Montasir "Jay" Jahan. Mr. Jahan has helped me several times and has consistently been helpful, considerate, accommodating and precise. He is a fine representative of his company. Banks are busy and they're businesses, too, we must realize. When I have something to be notarized or anything other than a simple transaction, I DO call ahead and make sure they have someone there that can take care of it. I am not dismissing the OP and the aggravation of waiting for a notary. I just have learned it is better to call ahead, they will try and accommodate you. If one is not willing to do that, there are stores and businesses with full time notaries for a charge. Again, kudos to Mr. Jahan and his excellent service.

This place is the worst. All those staff do not know what they are doing. They provided me the wrong information to me so i don't able to get those points from the bonus offer!two people helped me and still none of them is correct. i am so pissed by them and would never come back!

Spoke to a male teller on the phone Jan 10. He was rude and didn't help me. Said no managers or supervisors are available. We got disconnected I called back and he didn't pick up the phone. This branch has been going down hill past 3 months. Been going here for years poor service. Horrific experience.

This branch is very bad with following procedure. One day you are allowed to do something and the next they say you can't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here if you want to keep your sanity.
