Awesome, friendly and courteous staff. I reached 15 mins early for my passport appointment, they had just opened. I offered to wait but the lady, think her name is Maria, said no worries we can help you. Was in and out in 10 mins.

All these ladies here are absolutely amazing! Especially silva! Amazing customer service from start to final! We told her about our horrible experience in hollister post office and she apologized for them ( even though hollister never did) I just wanted to thank all them here at this post office and there amazing customer service and they loved our baby boy Jett!

I just have to say that Pacific Grove Post Office has some of the best customer service. I have encountered. Thank you Maria, you were so professional and so friendly. And Sylvia who also was there to gladly answer some questions I had. I didn't catch the make employees name, but I can tell that you all take pride in what you do. A BIG thank you and appreciation. You all work so hard.

Amazing staff at this location!! My wife and our new born got there passports done here! In the morning no wait before 9:30 and maria was so helpful and got us out in 30 mins!!! Great place!!

Love the staff at this post office. They are professional, kind and efficient. Throughout the pandemic, I could always rely on a friendly face to greet me here. All my packages were delivered on time throughout. We are lucky to have such a good post office in our little town.

Wonderful smaller post office with old school charm and reliable counter service.The Pacific Grove post office is located on the north side of Lighthouse just beyond the section crowded with restaurants and shopping.There is typically parking around the side street. There are drop boxes for outgoing mail on both sides of Lighthouse.I've always found the shipping boxes and supplies I need - even the unusual sizes many post offices don't have.Any line moves quickly - frequently one front counter staff member will call back for another one or two to come up front to help if the line gets long.I've had the staff make important address adjustments to priority or overnight packages ensuring they get to the right place on time.One of the better post offices I've used.

Mailed two priority parcels on 3/31/2021 at 3:38pm. Tracking numbers: 9505-5116-3826-1090-4495-87 and 9505-5116-3826-1090-4495-94. One to Tennessee, the other to California. Both disappeared without a trace! Zip. Zero. Nada. What happened? Why no tracking information? Where are my parcels? No response to date from Postmaster. No response from Consumer Affairs in Oakland. Maybe the Postal Inspectors can assist? Someone from the USPS needs to get back to me. Save your receipt when mailing from the Pacific Grove Post Office.

My packages were not delivered because the carrier reported my driveway and front door as inaccessible. There is no gate, you can just walk up to the driveway and front door. I tried to call the post office about it and the call rang until it disconnected
