The post office in Marina is horrible and untrustworthy and mail sent from that location often goes missing. This post office in Pebble Beach has great customer service and I have never had any issues here.”

I have used Fed-Ex stores for this in the past but I have not always received quick & timely assistance so the cost was a bit much. Today, at this location, Charles was so helpful and friendly. “Marina post office went out of their way to get me the proof that my package was delivered to a wrong address. It turned out to be the Ebay seller's fault. They put the wrong address on the mailing label either on purpose or whatever the reason. The seller ignored my emails/requests, but Ebay saw the evidences that I submitted and returned me the money. Without the help from this post office, I wouldn't have been able to get a refund. Thank you so much, especially, the mailman who helped me in this matter!”

I told Patrick R. our situation and he drove all the way to Oakland, where it was being processed, and hand-delivered the package within a few hours.
